She's kind, and sensitive to the discomfort, offering a stress ball for you to squeeze (helped me a lot!) and some deep pressure to the lasered spot to help with the pain. She would even tell me when she felt like I didn't need to do an area (when I was scheduled for 2 areas to laser) and would advise me to wait longer between treatments so I didn't have to "waste" a session. The place is very clean and the front desk is also very friendly making it easy to schedule. They also offer snacks and tea when you come in. Had my first underarms session at Satori Laser 2 weeks ago; it was such a fast and efficient experience. I arrived at the location and noticed how everything was bright and spotless. There was no contact involved as I put on gloves and signed in via an iPad. I had scheduled an appointment, so there was no wait at all. My technician, Tsira, was super informative and knowledgeable. She reminded me of what to do and avoid before and after every session, and explained the machine and methods used during laser hair removal. Almost finished with my armpit lasering, so I have been going to Satori for quite a few months now. They are great here, I am in the room within moments of walking into the store and all of the staff are so friendly. My appointment never exceeds 5-10 minutes, they work extremely fast. I absolutely love this place. I've been to two locations and now this is my closest one. It is always clean and bright. It smells nice and has clean amenities. They're always incredibly friendly and remind me of my appointments. I see Tatiana and she makes me feel comfortable. How does Satori Laser find the best locations to open up? In the midst of quarantine, another convenient location opened up with top notch service as always. If you need those hairs removed, this can still be your go-to spot! Now there are special procedures to ensure the safety of the customers. I made appointment through the phone prior to showing up. When I went in, someone took my temperature. I was prompted to then use hand sanitizer and was provided gloves. They would have offered mask as well if I didn't have, but I brought my own mask.
