Great food! Poke bowl is a must have!!! Sushi rolls are excellent. Friendly service!!! Definitely will return.

Very impressed. The owner was working and is super friendly and informative. This place is great! Fresh, flavorfull, big portions, reasonably priced and did I mention fresh? This is my 3rd time here in 10 days. Always getting the Poke Tuna Bowl and it is super flavorful with a huge portion. Love how it has the 4 steps for preparing it, so you can customize or modify on each visit. You have to try this place. read more

THE best Japanese food around, the customer service is always top-notch, and the owner never falls short!!

Kind and courteous service very good food the prices are also reasonable. I like to order take-out and they always pack it nicely and give us plenty of food. I will be a regular customer. read more

Great place for Good food !! A must try THE TUNA POKE !! :-) very friendly ,, such a swthrt she offered me water while I waited for my to go order but ended up giving me a soda (on the house) tried the Teriyaki chicken , Volcano roll and a shrimp skewer .... All were tasty !! read more

Stopped here on our way up to South Lake Tahoe as Waze had us going around traffic on 205 and was pleasently surprised. We found it via Yelp and if it weren't for the good reviews I would have easily passed it over. I rarely go to sushi restaurants that aren't busy out of fear that the won't have fresh fish but this place did not disappoint. The poke bowl was on par with what I get in the Bay area. I'll take note of this placefor future runs to SLT. read more

I always get the veggie delight roll with a salad. The food is great and the woman at the front has really great energy.

We usually order from this place and love it. However this was the most horrible experience I've had with this restaurant. We ordered two poke bowls and a sushi roll. In both of the poke bowls the toppings were NOT fresh, the cucumbers were wilted, the crab tasted not fresh, the avocados were turning brown and the rice tasted at least two days old. As for the sushi roll (which I was so excited for), the rice once again tasted old, avocado was turning brown and the "seared salmon" wasn't even pink. We ordered food with extreme excitement for lunch and was thoroughly disappointed not just with one item but with all. When calling about the issue they were no help and I was hung up on. Right away they said I was wrong and they will not give me a refund. I, as well as my coworkers (in this location alone 400 people), are so disappointed in this place as well as their customer service and definitely will not order again. read more

Food is not too amazing, I won't go back. Specially poke bowl is bad to me. Service is ok. Price is a little high but their portion is big. Overall food quality is not good read more

Best poke bowls!! I get them at least once a week. I love that you can build your own. Super yummy!

Every time I come and eat here I get such a warm welcome, and so does everyone else. The staff is upset friendly and tentative. Alongside that, their food is always delicious and fresh! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. read more

Best POKE in town hands down Definitely worth stopping by. Family oriented, quick, and the food is always delicious!

This is the best place to get Japanese/Hawaiian cuisine in the San Joaquin County! They never disappoint! My go to's are: the spicy edamame, the spicy poke appetizer, the last samurai roll, and of course the poke. The staff is always so friendly when my boyfriend and I walk in to eat. It's amazing why this place isn't packed every time we go... love everything about this place... Definitely a must try if your looking for something yummy to eat. Don't be shy about trying something new here, I promise you will not be disappointed. read more

Came here for lunch because the reviews were so great. Ordered the rainbow roll and noticed immediately the fish looked old. Slimy salmon and the top was falling apart. I struggled through a few pieces but couldn't even finish it, super disappointed. read more

Good food and good service! Friendly and oriented! Will be back! Next time drive by tracy

Fantastic poke bowls! Fresh and very reasonably priced! My family picks up to go orders here regularly!

I really liked the place. It was quiet and I ordered for take out. Tried their version of a poki bowl, Alaska roll, and salmon nigiri. Everything was really good and the young lady was patient with me when I was deciding. It took a little while but she apologized. Minus one star because I paid the extra two dollars for crab meat and avocado but it wasn't in my bowl. :( It's okay though because I know it's a newer item. Overall, good experience! I'll be back. :) They also had a tv playing a Korean drama. Always a plus for me. I'd like to study here if they have wifi or something. It definitely gives a home feeling which I like. read more

Very kind customer service, if it's your first time, you can tell them and they will help you out. Best ramen in my opinion (a must try), teriyaki beef and rice is also really good, this is the first place where I had sushi and very good. I definitely recommend coming here, I know I'll go back to try more from here. read more

The chicken and beef teriyaki was dry and the meat had no teriyaki sauce on it. The sushi was not as good as other places I've eaten. Tempura tasted like they used the katsu batter for the shrimp rather than the tempura batter, which I prefer. read more

My husband and I came in for lunch on a Saturday at about 12:30pm. We were greeted by a gentleman out front and a waitress seated us and gave us our menus once we walked in. We were the only ones dining in at the time. We started with a couple appetizers, gyoza and the spicy garlic edamame. It was some of the best gyoza and edamame we've had, and we've had a lot over the years. We continued with some miso soup as it was still rather chilly outside. The miso was delicious with large chunks of tofu. Super hot and fresh! As for rolls we kept it simple. My husband ordered a tempura roll and California roll. Myself, I ordered the volcano roll. Everything tasted soooo fresh! The best volcano roll that I've had. It was spicy, as a volcano roll should be. The tempura on top of the roll tasted freshly made as if it was fried specifically for the roll, not just the scraps of all the leftover tempura batter from everything being fried already. That's always been my impression at other restaurants, top the volcano roll with the scrap tempura batter.. bleh.. but not this place! I couldn't help but eat every piece of batter on my plate! My husband said the California roll and tempura roll were delicious as well! Avocado was fresh with no brown spots, the cucumber was fresh with a nice crunch. Our waitress was so nice as well, after talking with her and explaining to her that I was pregnant she offered to sear the salmon for me next time so I can enjoy their poke bowls! The best waitress I've encountered in quite some time! Super sweet! Honestly, my husband and I cannot wait to come back! We've found our newest sushi spot. read more

I used to come here almost every week but today I had a very unpleasant visit, I usually get the poke bowls which are (usually) amaaaazzing but I decided to get gyoza for the first time today. Let me tell you I made a mistake!!! The first bite of my gyoza was completely frozen...... after this situation the rest of my lunch was completely unappetizing and I will probably never go there again. read more

We stopped here for lunch on the road today. The poke bowls were prepared quickly...everything fresh. The owner, roger, and his family attend to this business with personal service and friendliness. We look forward to sitting for a meal next time! read more

We love Satomi, my husband and i go regularly for poke bowls! They are amazing and friendly , if i could give more than 5 stars i would! Highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! read more

Friendly family restaurant. Customer service and food are excellent. Server with outstanding service and helpful with menu options. The shrimp tempura and pork udon was really great. Authentic Japanese restaurant. read more

Food was very tasty but their service sucked. They would bring each roll or item out one at a time like 10 min apart. So we basically watched each other eat. read more

Good tasty food. The portions are good size and the rolls are not small at all. This will now be my regular spot for Japanese food.

I don't know where to start. This place is AMAZING. The waitress is so sweet and adorable and very attentive. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is laid back. It kind of feels like you're in the living room of a house. If I lived near here I would spend most of my time at this place. 10/10 read more

Just discovered this place last week. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. They have vegetarian choices on the menu and the place is very clean. Will continue to eat here regularly. read more

I order the tempura shrimp roll for my daughter. As I took a piece to taste, I immediately tasted a ransom, unfresh, and spoil shrimp. I took it out of my mouth into a napkin and had my husband taste one. He couldn't pick up the foulness, but knew something wasn't right so he also took it out of his mouth. In the mean time my kid ate 3 pieces. I called the waitress about the issue. They offered another role and I decided to get one without any seafood. Later, that night I was attending a child with food poison. She started vomiting until the next evening. This concludes my experience, unfortunately. read more

We love this place!!! We don't come that often, but they always recognize my family and treat us so well. The server that's always here is very attentive and sweet. I recommend the poke bowls, they're really fresh. The sushi is good, but they have a nice selection of other items too (udon soup, rice dishes, etc) read more

We had a very good meal here last week. The fish in the poke bowls were very fresh, the edamame perfectly salted, the sushi rolls delicious without too much sauce like a lot of other places try to do, and the service was great!! read more

Ordered the Poke Bowl Salmon and all the yummmiiiieeeee trimmings it was really good and fresh not fishy like other sushi place and it was good I'm coming back for more read more

Came in the other week. It was pretty quiet but I figured it was because everyone was out of town for spring break. I was greeted by the cheery waitress, who sat me down and brought me my menu. I ordered the pork ramen. It took 10-15 minutes to come out but I didn't mind because I figured they were making it fresh and I could watch Gabriel Iglesias on the big TV. When my food came out the waitress offered me hot oil, which I gladly accepted. Man, oh man. That hot oil is amazing! I like my ramen spicy, so I dumped the whole small dish of hot oil in it. The broth was amazing! The noodles weren't too chewy or too hard. Just right! The boiled egg was just perfect. The pork was good too. Overall the ramen was delicious. I ate everything, down to the last drop of soup! The whole time while I'm eating, the waitress is checking up on me constantly, asking if I need anything or if I'd like more water. She was so sweet and attentive. read more

Great food and very friendly staff. I will return to try the great looking Poke bowls

Im definitely gonna come here again, its a super down to earth place, the tuna poke bowl was delicious, service was great, and the servers were very attentive to my needs read more

great food, large amount, i always grab a box to go

Surprisingly good food! Their poke and ramen were very tasty! I have to admit however that I do like the poke places that offer the "building of the poke bowl" right in front of you, so that you can have the quantities of items that you want. If possible, get a poke bar! Otherwise, sushi fish was good and food was good read more

Went there for lunch today. Great food at reasonable prices and very good service. Can't ask for more than that.

This place is the absolute best. My go to place when I'm in the Tracy area for lunch. Their #14 (Teriyaki Beef) is the bomb. The sweet sauce is to die for. This is my usual and I always get it with no vegetables and all rice with extra sweet teriyaki sauce all over the rice. read more
