We tried the paneer-masala variety and enjoyed the filling, although the dosai itself seemed like it had been rushed off the grill with a pretty pale color. We also tried the South India thali. I quite liked the kuzhumbu which had a lovely imli flavor. The poriyal was rather dry, and the kesari/sheera could have used more ghee.
