I love this place! It is not super fancy, but they also do not have super fancy nail salon prices. I have been going to Sassy Nails for a couple of years now. Mimi does my nails (pink and white) and Nina does my pedicure; they both do a great job. I highly recommend them both! My only complaint is that they do not always plan their appointments in a timely manor. When I make an appointment, I expect to be taken at my appointment time ... For the most part, I'm of fan of Sassy Nails. Yes, they tend to be on the louder side since they like to talk in Vietnamese while they do your mani or pedi. The prices are cheap so I'm not complaining. I've gotten a pedicure a few times here and they have all been very nicely polished. The ladies like to talk to you too so if you plan on coming here to relax, I suggest you find another nail salon. Mimi did an AWESOME job with my gel mani. She's super talkative but my mani came out perfect!! She's very careful to coat your entire nail and even get the ends just right. My nails were on the shorter side this time around and she made sure to not get any nail polish on my skin. I also found out that they dont charge you to take off a previous gel mani if you get them done again. If you just want them taken off, it costs $5. They only have 3 pedicure chairs because the salon is small so try to avoid going during their busy time (Friday & Saturday). I always go after work towards the beginning of the week and they are almost always pretty empty. You can just walk in if you go towards the beginning of the week. read more

My girlfriend and I wanted treat ourselves out to a pedicure. I've been to many nail salons, and this is one of the friendliest places I've gone to. I got there "Deluxe Pedicure" and it came with callus removal, sea salt treatment, paraffin treatment, and a 10 minute massage for $27! It was absolutely lovely. Jack did a great job painting my nails, and of course while I was looking at his wonderful work... I messed up the paint, but they were not upset at all which made me feel extremely grateful. My sister loves this place, but when I visited from out of town the service was terrible. The person who did the majority of my services rushed through it, and left polish on my skin which looked incredibly sloppy. The woman who took over near the end was clearly unhappy about her coworker's lack of detail, and was talking to her other coworker heatedly about it and demonstrating the bad job by showing her my nails. They were not speaking English. Honestly it was uncomfortable, and she rushed the job. My nails were minimally dry as she got up and disappeared. Shen never came out again so all I could do was leave the tip on her station. The first gentleman who did most of the work didn't even acknowledge me when I left him a way better tip than his service warranted. The nails were totally jacked up 36 hours later. Awful quality of work. It's entirely possible that they treat regulars with much more enthusiasm and attention to detail, but my experience was abysmal. Make an appointment first. The location is very small and has no real sitting area. It's easier for you, trust me. The prices are very reasonable except there is a discrepancy regarding gel nail polish. I thought it was $10 for all fingers, but one of the men was trying to say it was $5 per nail. Mostly because they had to use a color and then the glitter to go on top? I've never even seen that for gel nail colors, so I'm not sure. Either way, I just got a natural gel color. I went in for a pedicure and manicure and the people were very nice. My nails look wonderful and I was given a very nice arm and hand massage which I wasn't expecting. I don't take the time to DIY it, so I just drop into random salons when the urge to have pretty toenails overcomes me and I usually hate the experience. The services are cheap* and fast and clean. No fungus for you here! The girls that work there - the most beautiful Vietnamese girls - are sweet, friendly and extremely good natured. They don't talk shit about you in Vietnamese - and if they are - they're pretty smooth so what you don't know doesn't hurt. [You can SO tell if they are. Just listen to the of their voices and how many dirty looks they shoot at you. ] My toes and hands always look pretty and neat...that is, until I dig into my purse and eff up my manicure - but who cares? For five glorious minutes and $10, my fingers looked pretty amazing. And that's all I need to know. (*I'd recommend having cash on hand for tips/services....it's sort of a pain in ass when you do it via credit card because you can't add tip after your card is run - you have to add it in all at once.) read more

Sassy nails is in fact sassy, so be prepared for being ignored and questioned about when you came by staff who doesn't care much for their customers. We complained that our gel nails came off after a few days, they didn't believe us and had us pull up our bank statements for proof, all they did was nervously laugh and said okay we will fix but will charge you. We waited over an hour, mind you there was only one other customer, but seeing as they weren't the ones who did our nails and their other coworker who did was off today, no one wanted to take responsibility. This place is small, easy to find, and has plenty of parking. I called on Monday, to know if there was a wait since it was a holiday, they told me there wasn't and I got there in 5 mins. When I arrived, all the technicians were busy so they called a guy from the back who was smoking and smelled like a chimney to take care of me. I went in for a regular mani pedi because of the rave reviews of this place and I was nearby. The guy was very polite but it's obvious that he doesn't have many years of experience doing nails. He barely removed any cuticle, took way too long to do the job, and the nail polish looks like it was applied by an 8 year old. The nail polish started chipping on the same day! Tan did my full set and was friendly and very thorough. Told him "almond shape" and he made sure to do them perfect and really seemed to take a lot of pride into his work. There were about 4 girls working, and there were about 5 customers being helped, so I'm sure they tried their best to get everyone in before closing time. Maybe I came in on the wrong day so I wasn't able to get the best experience possible as most reviews on yelp but overall my experience was good. Mimi dod my nails and I don't remember who did my toes. They usually close at 7 I was there until 7:45pm and there was still a couple girls getting their toes done. I believe what I liked the most was that Mimi wasn't rushing. Knowing that it was waaay past 7 pm, she still took her time and with a smile on her face. For that I was happy. The lady who did my gel nails did not know how to apply the gel. She first applied the clear coat past my cuticle and onto the skin of my fingers. This caused my gel polish to peel off after only a few days, because the regrowth created gaps and would get caught in my hair or clothes. Anyways, it was a total waste of money and time. Service was mediocre. I'd rather wait next time for my usual guy at Beautiful Nails and More, instead of risking getting a bad nail job from somewhere else. read more

I loved the way Tracey did my glitter acrylics. She told me to tell her exactly how I wanted them since I'm new & she wants to be able to do it how I like it. I was very impressed with that because usually in other nail salons I've been to they really don't care. Tracey took her time and made sure I was happy.
