Then the technician came to grab me and was seated right away. The interior honestly left me astonished because of how detailed and girly it is! They also offered some snacks on the side which I devoured (I didn't eat lunch yet lol). These aren't even square and she kept cutting the side of my toe nails and filing them back when they were too short and hurt. I've been coming. Here for a long time this is probably the worst shaping I've ever gotten here. I could have done my own shaping better than that at home. Just ridiculous *** it was around 5-7 weeks since my last pedicure so my toes were not "really short" besides the big toe that broke. I added another picture to show that she was filing into my toe nails after cutting them super short as short as she could get them and made half of them round and tiny. She also cut the sides of the nails which you aren't supposed to do due to infection and hang nails. I asked her not to do this. there was no reason for her to cut the sides of my nails on one foot and not the other leaving with me with uneven toes. I appreciate the response but I feel that there should be an attempt to fix the situation instead of making excuses or insinuating that I'm making this up.

You really can't beat that! I prefer to get my nails done by Jessica and she always does a great job! They can accommodate anything you would like done. As for the pedicure, I usually go with whoever is available. A few technicians I prefer more but I don't usually say a preference. Long as I get the shape I want, I'm good. She also came across a bit rough and not very warm with my daughter, who was very well behaved the entire time. The salon did give me a discount for the inconvenience, which I appreciated, but I still don't think it's acceptable for both kids to leave with cuts. A nail appointment should feel safe and enjoyable, especially for children. I hope they take more care with younger customers in the future.

Nice music and pictures on the TV screens. They have a very big selection of services and polish colors. I'm going to tell you a secret ask for Kelly for pedicures and Bea for manicures. Gel manicure: My technician encouraged me to try a chrome color, which I did. When I got home I realized the tip of 2 of my nails were not colored. 3 days later all my nails are dull and chipped. This was a $50 manicure and I have had much better results with $30 manicures at other salons. I will not be returning.

For $68 before tip for my mani/pedi I would have expected a cleaner better job. My nails were not filed in an almond shape as requested, they were rough, and the paint job was quite messy. Maybe Yoona was tired when she got time to do my nails. My daughters looked really neat and clean and only took 10 minutes. We were there for two hours and I will not be going back.
