When my boyfriend brought it up, the owner admitted they were expired and said he found them in storage because they ran out of BBQ chips. His excuse? "It happens." When we expressed concern about whether the rest of our food was also expired, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the owner got rude and dismissive, saying, "Well I didn't charge you for it, so I don't know why you're worried about it." That is completely unacceptable and a major food safety issue. To make matters worse, the cashier wouldn't even acknowledge us -- she laughed during the conversation and acted like we were the problem and made it clear they didn't care at all. The customer service here is absolutely horrible, and the lack of care for people's health is disturbing. Do not eat here. Ever.
