2-25-2016 I am gracefully approaching the young age of 70. In all my years, I have had no faith in the term "Warranty". In my opinion, Warranty should actually be "Warranty -good luck with that". Recently, I had a pleasant experience with a warranty. Eighteen and a half years ago, I sign a contract with S. A. S. to waterproof my basement. When they finished waterproofing my basement, S. A. S. gave me a lifetime warranty. I started to get some seepage in my basement, so I called S. A. S. The same day a S.A.S representative came out to my house. The following day, another S.A.S representative came out to my house and said "We have a problem". I was told to call the office the next day and set up an appointment. I called and setup an appointment at my convenience. On the scheduled day, S.A.S arrived, walked me through what they were going to do and their expectations. All of a sudden, like out of a starting gate, five gentlemen started moving in all directions. Each individual preforming a task, all in unison with coordination. Three hours later, S.A.S removed and replaced my basement waterproofing. When they were leaving, cleaning as they left, I was walked through what they did and their expectation of the task they performed. My wife never had to dust a coffee table. All this done under S.A.S. "Lifetime Warranty". This is truly a first class organization. I am writing this review as a testament to the excellent work performed by SAS Services. My wife and I appreciate having worked with Dino and your company and are reminded of the great work they did every time we look at the front exterior of our home. When planning to redo our sidewalk entrance to our home and driveway, we obtained estimates from two contractors, one being SAS Services. We made our decision to hire SAS Services based on what Dino's plan was having made the most sense. As the project progressed, there were some weather1related problems that developed which caused cosmetic defects in the driveway cement after it was poured. Without developing a negative attitude or being defensive, Dino agreed to tear out and replace the entire driveway that was just poured. In addition, without our asking, they also removed and redesigned the step and part of the sidewalk at the entrance to our porch to make it more compatible with our home's elevation. I am happy to report that the finished driveway and step / sidewalk improved on what we had asked for and expected. In my experience, it is rare to work with a company with this level of integrity. Dino and his crew were consistently professional and truly cared about the finished product. In an effort to "seniorize" our home for our elderly parents and relatives, we decided to hire a small construction company to install a curve-designed walkway from the porch to the driveway, including a step and handrails. As a faithful listener to "America's Master Handyman" Glenn Haege's radio show, I called into his program for a referral for a concrete company who would do the work that I needed done. I am proud to say that Mr. Haege's recommendation was spot-on! The cement crew, headed by their boos, Dino, arrived with a small dump truck and quickly began to systematically break down the old concrete, gather and dispose of the broken pieces, then started leveling the base for the new concrete. I was so intrigued watching them work. They were so precise working the forms to create the curves to be even and true. After the cement truck arrived with the concrete later that afternoon, the SAS Services crew spread the concrete out and came back a few days later to cut the lines in the concrete and after a few days, installed the handrails onto the porch and the walk. It looks absolutely terrific and both my husband and I are extremely pleased with their work and the price we paid for the work to be done. All and all, the service provided was top-notch and worth every penny that we spent making the approach to our home safe for our older loved ones. read more

NEVER use these people! Tom is a good guy however They are always late. They just did my basement . A 2 day job turned out to be a 5 day job. The co-workers Took my beer 2 days in a row. So i told Tom about it. they were drinking on the job. They took my copper pipe. Tom replaced the beer but mean while co-workers kept there job, Three times Tom was suppose to be out . and never showed or called.Steve the owner apologized and gave us $50.00 . Then i had a leak on my basement. came through the wall and leaked on the floor. I called them Tom said he would be out on Saturday at 10:00am. Guess what. he never showed or called. I call Steve the owner that Monday. He said he would come out himself. and the office will call me to setup a appointment. They called while i was working. i missed the call. I called back left a message and never received a call back. One week has gone by. mean while i paid alot of money and what crappy service. I fixed my leak. so i will finish my basement. and if i get water in my basement i will sue the crap out of them! DO NOT use them turn away and get some real people! This place is a joke! read more

I had several jobs done by different SAS Services crews. We had foundation work, major plumbing work, siding, gutters, deck repair & new windows. We also had the whole interior repainted and new floors and electrical done. Basically, we ended up with a totally remodeled house. Everyone that I met with during each stage of construction was kind and courteous. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why. SAS stands behind their work. All work was completed in the time-frame that I was told it would happen.When I had trouble recently, they responded to my message in 15 minutes and came out within 2 days to make the needed corrections. I especially enjoyed working with Dino, who I had the most contact with. He is truly helpful and does work that he should be very proud of. We contacted this company at the recommendation of our neighbor who recently had his roof replaced by this company. With winter right around the corner we needed our roof done before the freezing cold set in so we let our neighbors experience serve as "research" for us and hired them to replace our roof. From start to finish the entire process was seamless and painfree with these guys. WIthin one day of calling them a representative was at our home and work started shortly thereafter. Throughout the entire process there were no "surprises" or snafoo's...and the crew that came to my home to install the work were nothing short of professional, courteous and tidy! We are very happy with our new roof and for the experience that we had with SAS. To be honest I was skeptical at first since I had only equated them with basement waterproofing. I called SAS Services on a Monday morning to fix the clogged toilet in our basement and by early afternoon Tom (one of their master plumbers) was at our home. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tom; he was extremely friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I never felt that he was trying "sell" services to me; instead he fixed the issue, cleaned up after himself and went on his way. Six years ago we had a basement leak by an I-Beam joint. SAS came out and fixed it. We never had another leak in that location. So when a different location in the basement sprung another leak, we obviously called SAS again. I was concerned with this leak because it appeared to be coming from behind the electrical box. Oh no...how to do manage that? SAS put our minds at ease. They said they would send out Randy, who had the expertise to handle the electric box situation. They were right! Randy fixed/sealed the leak coming from behind the electrical box! SAS has delivered for our family TWICE! Great work Randy and Christine! We hired SAS to replace our roof. We were so happy with the work they did and how accommodating they were (we were called out-of-town for a family funeral but couldn't reschedule since we had to have the roof replaced by a certain date or lose insurance coverage), the crew leader would text us pictures of the progress being done and called us to let us to keep us in the loop! Our neighbor kept an eye on the work being done in our absence and had nothing but positive things to say about what he observed during the crew's time at our home. I would like to thank John, Steve and everyone on the SAS crew for the excellent job they did while fixing our foundation. We had our entire foundation excavated, wrapped and new weeping wells installed and while they were here we decided to go the extra distance and install a back water valve and sump pump with battery backup. The entire crew, led by John, worked extremely hard and efficiently, and it was obvious they took pride in the work they did. The work was completed on time and within the agreed-upon budget. Dino and his crew were outstanding. They were tasked with repairing a sinking/cracking concrete driveway extension, sidewalk and back patio. Dino came out to give me an estimate; he was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the process and what I should expect. It was a messy job but when it was all done, it was perfect. Dino and his crew cleaned up the outside of the house, windows, concrete with a power-washer (even picked up pieces of concrete off the grass) aside from the beautifully leveled concrete and repaired cracks, you'd never know they were there!! read more

We hired SAS to install an interior drainage system and because of the invasive nature of the project I was very nervous. I am very pleased to say that I couldn't have been happier with the crew that was here - they did an amazing job at keeping us informed during the installation process, they cleaned up the entire area when they were finished and when everything was complete they showed me what they did, why they put things where they did and what I needed to know in order to maintain the new system. My husband and I just purchased a home and the previous homeowners assured me there was no water/leaking in the basement. we had a huge basement leak that we dealt with for several years. SAS came out and dug up the side and around the back corner of the house. They showed me every step of the way what they were doing. The leak was coming from under the house. They repaired the leak and replaced the cement. That was November, 2020. We have not had any water in our basement since that time. I had them waterproof my basement a few years ago. They did a great job. It cost quite a bit, but we haven't had any water problems since. There was a problem with the sump pump they put in and they replaced it at no cost even though that was actually excluded from the warranty. They came back again after the sump pump replacement to investigate if other issues could have caused it to go bad. Very nice people to work with so far. Outstanding service at a great price! Our hot water heater was acting up and although we know it eventually (sooner than later) needs to be replaced, it's not something that we are read to do just yet. We called SAS Services and they had a plumber to our home within three hours --- and although it's obvious the tank needs to be replaced, the plumber showed us what we needed to do to remedy the issue on our own until we are ready for a new one. While mowing my lawn last week, I noticed sewage coming out from my clean out pipe in our backyard. Emneeess to say, I was extremely nervous that I was about to spend thousands to replace our main sewer line. I contacted SAS Services and a plumber was sent later that day. Thankfully, it was a case of tree roots needing to be removed from the line. The professionalism and knowledge of the plumber was commendable and I can honestly say I'll use them again if the need arises. read more
