My friends and I stopped by OG Dumpling House for lunch, and it definitely lived up to the hype!…read moreWhile they're known for their dumplings, I liked that the menu also offers soups, rice, noodles, and other dishes for a little more variety. Service was quick, and our food came out hot and fresh shortly after we ordered. We shared everything family-style, including the pan-fried pork and chive dumplings, crab and pork xiao long bao, and the OG peanut noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious, but the xiao long bao was easily the highlight. The dumpling skin was the perfect thickness, and you could really taste the crab in the filling. The prices were also very reasonable, especially compared to other dumpling spots I've been to that cost more without matching the quality. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in the area!

My wife and I are dumpling aficionados and mostly have to make our own at home so we were excited when this place opened. It was super busy when we got there, even on a Monday night, but we still got served pretty fast. We had two types of dumplings, chicken and pork, both pan fried and they were both great. We also tried the pork belly bun which exceeded expectations. For dessert we had the sesame balls which were sweet and had the perfect texture. We liked everything and we will be back here for sure.

I'm so freaking happy! I had never heard of Crystal Asian Cuisine before last night. We stumbled…read moreacross them because it was pretty late for dinner and our regular Chinese food place was closed. Crystal stays open until 1 am! They open at 4 pm, just an fyi. We got a bunch of stuff and everything was delicious. Literally the best beef lo mein I've had since I moved here six years ago. I've been just settling with it at other places so this was an exciting discovery! We also ordered sesame shrimp. It wasn't like other sesame dishes we've gotten. It was a pink sauce that was similar to sweet and sour, but it was very good and the shrimp were large and plump and cooked perfectly. We tried their fried dough just on a whim and it's like nothing I've had before... it's a nice little add on for $3.50. They have American Chinese and also authentic dishes, which is fun. Prices are in line with other Chinese food restaurants and portions are pretty generous. We'll definitely be back...like, hopefully very soon!

When you pull up to the restaurant, it doesn't look like much. You might even think it's closed (I…read moredid). But go inside and enjoy some delicious Chinese food and extremely reasonable prices. The service is friendly and super fast, and the portions are huge. I only had their American style Chinese food, but they also had a large menu of authentic Chinese cuisine on the weekend. The interior is simple but very clean, with lots of booths. I highly recommend Crystal Asian for great Chinese food!

So - everything was okay, even decent except for the Sweet/Sour chicken. It was too done, too crispy, completely burnt and inedible. Gin Gin might be my new favorite Chinese restaurant in Buffalo! Even as someone who grew up working…read morein Chinese restaurants, Gin Gin has impressed me. First impression, it's an older restaurant, the interior is nothing fancy, but older, which might give the wrong impression but I'm not one to quickly judge until I get my food. So after we sat down, we were given the menu. All Chinese restaurants have a big menu with countless options to choose from, but Gin Gin has by far the largest menu I've ever seen, adding onto the dishes not on the actual menu but posted on the walls. The cool thing is that they serve not just your typical American Chinese food but also some authentic Chinese dishes. So it took me quite some time to decide what to order. I even had to ask the boss for recommendations. She recommended me the Curry Chicken (Chop). Which was unlike the Curry Chicken my family's restaurant used to make or any other restaurant I've been to. The use bone in chicken wing pieces instead of the typical chicken breast/thigh meat. While I do prefer it the typical way, I was down to try something new. The Egg Drop Soup was also great, and it came with a side of Crispy Noodles, which you can add into the soup. But I like dipping it in duck sauce like chips and salsa. The Egg Drop Soup was very flavorful and I believe they use chicken broth/stock instead of just water, which means higher quality! The Beef w Garlic Sauce is something I always love to get when I go to Chinese restaurants, and they made it beautifully. It was full of flavor and better than most Beef w Garlic Sauce I've had. The portions were also great! We left all full and satisfied. Will definitely be back to try other stuff next time!

I'd been wanting to eat there for quite a while, but I don't get out that way very often. I was rewarded for choosing the Tonawanda DMV over downtown. The food I had was very good, beautifully presented. The manager was friendly and helpful. I will most definitely eat here again. There were two other tables occupied during my visit, but several people came in and ordered take out, and some were picking up online orders. One of the booths had a young couple, unseen until my way out. The sides of the booths are quite high, affording privacy, yet open on top for an airy atmosphere. In addition to central tables, there are tables opposite the booths. And a single large table with chairs near the counter, where people who come in and order to-go can wait. The wait is not long. From my ordering to being served was maybe 12 to 15 minutes. The menu is varied and extensive enough, which struck me as a pleasant relief from the often overwhelming pages and pages of Chinese restaurant menus. I think C Bao and Dumplings has all of what anyone might be craving, including Pad Thai. Clean, bright, airy, relaxing place to dine for lunch or supper. Enjoy!

None were awful, very passable, just lacked real flavor. We came here because they offer chickens feet, my absolute favorite dim sum dish. They weren't great, but just having them was a win. The crab rangoon, calamari, and pan fried dumplings were all okay. I do think there are better in the same area. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is very laid back. Service is done by a robot that brings you your food. Very fun and cool. Prices are pretty fair.
