As always, Araceli greeted us warmly and asked how we were doing. Mysty always has a huge smile and warm greeting, and today - she had some hair tricks (Thanks, Mysty!). We were told that the usual provider was not in today - what we were not told was that the ABSOLUTE best provider ever was about to walk into the exam room. Kristen Buchanan was like a breath of fresh air. For the first time when meeting with the provider, my granddaughter did not cry at all. She had a few tears later in the visit when she was given her shots. Even then, she only cried for a few minutes then calmed down. Kristen was so very kind and knowledgeable. She provided much needed information to my daughter for the next stages in eating, language and physical development. Safe to say, my daughter and granddaughter were completely at ease and had the best visit ever! She is absolutely lovely and our favorite thing about this doctors office is how caring, Dr Bansal is, and she is just one of those people that are like friends of the family. I am a single mother of three and if I have one kid there being seen, she always ask about my other children. She always remembers what my kids and I tell her what they're interested in. That alone shows she truly cares. This is her practice, there is no other doctors here doesn't matter how busy she is. She always tries to fit you in that day. One day she was fully booked but she said just come in we can squeeze you in between somewhere. Like I said, she's the only one there so she shows up everyday for her patients. Talk about dedication. Now let me talk about her staff. Have you been to an office where you were like, "I loved the like doctor, but the staff was rude or slow etc", not them. The front desk is always very nice, and tries everything they can to put you on the schedule. They always have a warm and welcoming approach w patients. We changed to this office about five years ago and I have never regretted that choice plus there are five minutes from my house right next to arrowhead Hospital so it's easy to get to hope this helps

He came highly recommended so we weren't surprised when we visited his office and found him to be very knowledgeable and ready to do the procedure on the spot. Not only was Dr. Janik knowledgeable and professional, his staff were all very kind ladies with great personalities as well. As far as the procedure, with the help of a fellow doctor, they were able to do a quick snip and fix our son's tongue tie problem in a matter of minutes. (and in their office instead of the hospital) Although the baby cried slightly, the procedure was a breeze and we were out of the office almost as quickly as we arrived. I would highly recommend Dr. Janik for anyone looking for a general and thoracic, pediatric surgeon.
