My kids are very social so to reciprocate in their friendliness really means the world to them. We didn't really see a whole lot of that, even from the assistants who came in to do the vitals. I guess the Dr they saw is no longer in the practice now. So when my son was sick a week ago, I swore he had pink eye. All the signs were there. His allergies were also horrible. They put us with Dr Gosnell (Heather). Dr Gosnell checked him and said "it's a viral infection" and recommended only "honey" to help his cough. (He is 6, so old enough for medication.) Now it is Saturday and we are in Urgent Care where he has a 103 fever, double ear infection, and huge puffy eyes. The Dr told us this is due to his allergies getting really bad and we should have been prescribed a steroid, antibiotics and antihistamine at our Dr visit with her. I'm pretty upset that we could've avoided this whole thing. Now my baby is in so much pain and suffering. We will give the office another shot, but will NOT be seeing Dr H Gosnell. I realize she can't predict the future but he was already suffering when she saw him and could've nipped it in the bud then instead of not even recommending over the counter medication not "honey".

"Hello, I saw your review, I sent a text to our billing department and they will reach out. If you owe us, we will keep the money. If not we will refund it." Thank you for the update. It is crazy to get a bill 4 years later *side note a week later billing hadn't reached out and insurance said they didnt have a claim from this practice in 2021.* At that point the Dr did a 180 in tone, raised his voice and threw professionalism out the window. "We work really hard for all of our good reviews. You are just a keyboard warrior writing bad reviews and there is nothing I can do to have your review taken down". I said "excuse me. I wrote my experience with your practice." Instead of saying "I will talk to my team to get invoices sent out in a timely manner" you call me a keyboard warrior for writing a review about my experience with your practice. My son was born around Thanksgiving so when my son was newborn & offices were closed for the holiday but Dr. Aurora still insisted us coming in during his closed hours, he truly is a very passionate, caring doctor. Anytime I call they can get my son in within that same day, they are so flexible with our schedule. He is a very reassuring doctor for any questions I ever have. Let me tell you this has been the worst experience. This place is ONLY about money and NOT patient care! Dr. Carlos Lopez is in the wrong business. You cannot take an oath to care for patients and ONLY want money money money! They let go their best manager Karen and hired back Sujey who has no experience in patient care and satisfaction. Every time I call it is a gamble if I can even get someone to answer let alone if it is someone who speaks ENGLISH. I have gotten a woman who has answered in Spanish and when I ask who I am speaking to after specifically asking for an employee they will disconnect OR tell me call back and still disconnect the call. If I call for a simple question about myself or my child I am always greeted with you need an appt. This office doesn't seem to know what triage is and refuses to answer general questions without making you schedule an appt. WHY? It's just another way to bill insurance and collect MONEY! Today I called for a general question and SUJEY answered I asked for one of the 2 employees who are the only competent ones and was told she was out. I then asked for the next one who she then stated she is here and what is your info. I gave my name ans stated I was not calling for myself. She then just placed the call on hold. They have caller ID so I know SUJEY saw the call and chose to ignore it. I then called the Thomas office which rerouted to Missouri. Andrea picked up and was PROFESSIONAL and assisted me and heard my long ass rant about the sorry ass manager. Of course Santoyo wanted to book an appt for my daughter and refused a triage call. So now I am waiting for a telemed that has been scheduled for tomorrow! Dr. Lopez you need to do something about this practice. If you truly care about your patients you would take triage calls and not require EVERY patient be scheduled. That is absurd and not patient care especially when it is a general question and nothing more! But You find any reason to bill even false billing when no one was even seen but you still submit to insurance for payment! Beware people!

We've been taking our son to see only Dr. Bingham in this office, the first time we met her we immediately knew she was a great fit for our son... she was on top of everything! Then we had the referral girl Miranda who was amazing & would climb mountains for our son when it came to his needs but Miranda left the office 8 months ago NOT THE SAME! Our son needs referrals for specialist, etc. & now I'm having to go back & forth endlessly for either my sons diapers or nutrition supplement drinks which is always the company's fault the paperwork is not filled out correctly! Then today when we're scheduled for my sons annual with a different provider because Dr. Bingham is on vacation... it's just an annual so we make this appointment with this other provider! We're running 5 minutes beyond our 15 minute late window & have been a patient there for 9 years yet they say sorry let's reschedule you.... Really! Dr. Kennedy this other provider couldn't even be bothered to see my son because we were running 5 minutes over their 15 minute late window, are you kidding me! That did it.... That was definitely all the straw that we needed! Unfortunately this is no longer the whole package that it once was in the beginning when we started with them in 2016! Therefore yes we need to move on, sad to say how often this happens to medical practices because it's not being ran smoothly as a whole!
