Worst service ever, brought both my kids in with sore throats and fever, over counter medication has not been working for a week now. Left without any medication because they are doing good. A week later still same symptoms they are letting me know they'd like to bring them in for a reassessment. Of course I have to pay again. Insane- if they would have done something the first place I wouldn't have been back you'd think it would be covered since nothing was done in the first visit. Out of $200, office staff, billing team and doctors are honestly useless. Medical team sent me to billing and billing wants to send me back. Now I'm on what she called a long hold. My wife loves the simplicity of online scheduling. I love the numerous locations near our house, and the fact that there's a "sick" entrance and a "well" entrance. The women at the front desk were unhelpful and unwilling to confirm my daughter's ACTIVE insurance. Claiming that her insurance was not active and I had to pay out of pocket for a simple wellness check. I have been coming to this location for 5 years, since my daughter was a newborn. I would hate to relocate to a different practice due to the receptionist's incompetent behavior. Calling me "dramatic" behind my back, acting like the insurance confirmation was my problem. Claiming they were on the hold with the insurance for 45 minutes, when we got in contact with the insurance carrier they stated that it was THEIR fault for not confirming correctly. The providers and nurses are exceptionally kind and compassionate but this practice needs a serious upgrade to their receptionists team. read more

I went here for three visits. There nice but don't know how to look at a baby properly. I had to push and push and push just for them to change my babies formula. Then I had asked for them to look and see if she had a tongue tie and they said she didn't. Turns out she did. They looked at her lip and said she had a lip tie but not a tongue tie which was a lie. Glendale location: It is clear that my time is not respected. I showed up for a simple same day appointment 10 minutes early for what should be a minor issue) and was not seen until 1 hour later. My appointment was probably what, 5 minutes long? It was like we were forgotten as families continued to go in and out of the building. Staff was pleasant, no issues with them whatsoever. I have attended almost every office pleasant pediatrics. Had always had a good experience with the office. The front office ladies at the Peoria location have always been the best especially when they covered other offices. Now that they have established the Northern location the front office associates and the nurses at this location are so Rude! I was willing to drive a bit further but it isn't worth the hassle. From making the appointment to having to repeat myself not 2 or even 3 x's more like 4/5 times not including what we fill out on the forms. The encounter of this office is like dealing with high schoolers who work at their first job. Lack of Basic manners from the ladies at the front to the RN's. Doesn't matter that the PA's are nice it really makes one not want to return. Please. Pleasant Pediatrics administered a Moderna Covid-19 vaccine for me today and did a great job. The website was fairly simply to schedule and all the instructions were easy to follow. I arrived a little early and they took me in anyway. There were no lines. The folks I spoke with were professional and had positive attitudes. They answered all my questions and the shot was virtually painless. Thanks to all the scientists and health care workers that led to me getting a vaccine and putting COVID in the rear view mirror. I've been taking my kid to the lake pleasant location I recently moved and had a baby in this location was a little closer initially I didn't have a problem. Until my babies one month check up I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early and when I was called back after 15 minutes of waiting I sat in the room by myself for a whole hour on a scheduled appointment. Not only did I not see a doctor. I saw one of the assistants I'm not sure what they're called but every question I had she had to leave the room to go ask an actual physician to get the answer to my question.So on a follow up visit for my baby having RSV I let the front desk ladies know I could not wait a whole hour to be seen like last visit the front desk lady got snarky with me and let me know that I'm the only one on the physician schedule so wouldn't be an hour wait. She also didn't want to schedule my baby next appointment. Overall, if you want to schedule an appointment with these people to be called back, wait in that room for a whole hour just to not be seen by the Dr. I would definitely recommend..will not be coming back to this location. My 9yr old was a new patient but they ask minimal information about his health history I didn't even had new patient forms. The physical didn't seem very knowledgeable about my kids condition so all she did is prescribe something that may work and refer me to a dermatologist. She could have maybe set up a follow up or do blood work. Every one was very nice but I didn't feel they are very caring. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment for my 5 month old on a Monday because she noticeably wasn't feeling well. She was tested for the flu and covid after the pediatrician kept saying it's probably a common cold. Flu results came back the same day negative. From Mon-fri I hadn't received her Covid results but got a text and call from Maricopa county letting me know someone with my number had recently tested positive for covid, which was clearly my baby. I called the office and nobody could let me know why I wasn't notified once they got the results days prior. Then they kept saying she was negative, they were reading the flu results. Finally I was told she was positive and the lady wasn't sure why I wasn't notified and said "that's a good question" told me to have a good day and we ended our call. read more
