I've been going to Northwest Clinic for Children since I was a child, and now I bring my own son here. Many of the same doctors are still practicing, which really shows how consistent and trustworthy this clinic is. We're always seen quickly and never feel rushed. As a first-time mom, I truly appreciate that all of my questions and concerns are taken seriously. They're always on top of referrals and follow-ups, and I've never had an issue. My son usually sees Dr. Kaus, who is amazing, but honestly every provider here is wonderful. We trust them all and highly recommend this clinic! read more

We've been coming here since 2016 since relocating from Miami but after today we decided it was time to move on. We have a severely special needs child therefore we're not just looking for a good Dr we're also looking for a well ran office...the whole package so to speak! We've been taking our son to see only Dr. Bingham in this office, the first time we met her we immediately knew she was a great fit for our son... she was on top of everything! Then we had the referral girl Miranda who was amazing & would climb mountains for our son when it came to his needs but Miranda left the office 8 months ago NOT THE SAME! Our son needs referrals for specialist, etc. & now I'm having to go back & forth endlessly for either my sons diapers or nutrition supplement drinks which is always the company's fault the paperwork is not filled out correctly! Then today when we're scheduled for my sons annual with a different provider because Dr. Bingham is on vacation... it's just an annual so we make this appointment with this other provider! We're running 5 minutes beyond our 15 minute late window & have been a patient there for 9 years yet they say sorry let's reschedule you.... Really! Dr. Kennedy this other provider couldn't even be bothered to see my son because we were running 5 minutes over their 15 minute late window, are you kidding me! That did it.... That was definitely all the straw that we needed! Unfortunately this is no longer the whole package that it once was in the beginning when we started with them in 2016! Therefore yes we need to move on, sad to say how often this happens to medical practices because it's not being ran smoothly as a whole! read more

We switched to this office based upon recommendation from some friends from a different pediatrician for our two kids. We had numerous poor experiences from lack of communication and transparency from our last pediatrician, and you have restored all of our faith in pediatric care for our kids. We've been seeing Dr. Kaus since I was little and now as a mom of three I bring my little ones to her. She is very attentive, and caring. I have never had any issues getting into the office whether it be for a check up or a sick visit. read more

We've been patients of Dr. Kennedy's for almost sixteen years and have loved her! The office staff are friendly and helpful. They always respond to calls fairly quick and get us in asap when needed. We don't always see Dr. Kennedy if her schedule is full, but we have loved the other physicians and nurses we've seen for those visits. I've seen the comments about the needed updates, but it's clean and functional and (I think) adds to the charm. My biggest thing is competency and they are strong there, so we've been happy! read more

We love Dr. Irwin and I honestly don't get most of the negative reviews on here. Yes, the office staff can be a little set in their ways. Yes, the office is straight out of the 70s and in dire need of updating. But this is a Drs office, not a hotel, and we go there for the medical knowledge of the pediatrician and his staff. They caught mild scoliosis in my child which other practitioners had missed. Every visit with Dr. Irwin is personable and pleasant and thorough. read more

Front desk staff is so rude. I was calling for a sick visit you have to call as soon as they open because the sick visits are gone very quickl. they put me on hold and hung up so many times. i became frantic after an hour of this knowing the longer it took to talk to someone the less chance I had at getting my daughter seen. I told the receptionist that they keep hanging up after making me wait and they don't care just transfer again to hold. They need an online way of making appointments this has happened so many times over my 9 years of going there and I won't be back. read more

When we started here a couple years back it was great. Since then, its been crap. They tend to be on the over cautious side (which has its benefits *sometimes, if you can afford it) but lacked on follow up after the tests. Since 2020 this place has gone full-WOKE to the point of being a danger to my kids. With no legal mandate in effect, nothing is more frustrating then watching your 2 year-old (who, per the CDC age adjusted CFR's is extremely low risk) wear a "mask" that they, in  no way can be aseptically trained to use (despite almost all kids, and now adult, "masks" not being scientifically regulated on filtration efficacy from any agency). From a microbiological standpoint that "mask", covered in slobber is nothing more than a massive fomite which encourages my kids to touch, more than if it wasn't on them in the first place. The CDC data is showing COVID spreads via fomite transmissions for up to days on many common fomite surfaces, but this office couldn't even upgrade to an automatic front door or (from the looks of it) a higher air filtration system for airborne precaution, if they were more then politically concerned about precautions in the first place. read more

As a mom I have been to several pediatricians to find one that my girls feel comfortable with and that I can trust. When I first visited Dr. "Dave" Galles with my girls I was very impressed! The staff was very friendly and took the time to understand my concerns with my girls. Having to deal with allergies,asthma and ruptured appendix it hasn't been easy. Dr. Dave took the time to answer any of my questions and concerns. Most importantly he cared about their health and made sure to follow up on everything. It's been 8 years since I've been going to Dr. Dave and I'm so grateful to have him in our lives. Anytime we have a well check up or a sick visit he makes my girls smile and laugh, to me that is the most important part of it all. Happiness keeps us healthy! I walked in at 8am desperate with a sick little boy as a new patient without an appointment. Without my insurance card. Without my debit card. Basically I was there at the busiest time of day without any of the basics you would need to be seen. I was referred to the nicest lady who took my info, looked up my insurance and allowed me to have my payment called in. I was given an appointment within the hour and my son was able to be seen. If they were this amazing to me in this situation image how great they will be to you ( who didn't forget your purse at home. ) read more

Dr. Kaus has been amazing and we have been totally happy with her and every other staff member we've seen for my son. The office has gotten us in with no problem for same day sick visits, and both times I've called the non-emergency advice line after hours, they've called back within an hour and the provider followed up with me the next business day. Really couldn't be happier, this has been a wonderful doctor's office. So glad we found them for our newborn. read more

We love Dr. Kennedy. The staff is great and there is never a long weight. Dr Kennedy is very thorough and explains everything from what is happening now and what to expect until we see her again. I changed my insurance just to stay with this providers office and it's definitely worth it. I have been coming to this clinic since my children were born. ( Recommended by a friend) They are now teens. The same staff is still there, not a lot of turnover...there is a reason for that. The front office girls are awesome! Busy all the time, but still awesome. We see Dr. Bingham, but will see anyone on staff. They have several Doctors and Nurse Practitioners. They are nice, caring and truly genuine and sincere. There are many times when we need to get in without an appointment, when the kiddos come down with something at school, and will call and they will do their best to fit you in the same day, with a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. I recommend this clinic to any of my friends/family who are having a new baby or anyone looking to change Pediatricians. You won't be disappointed. read more

My son has been at NW for a year and a half now. We have been very happy with the level of care he's received. Making well appointments is always a breeze. We get in for sick appointments day of. All the staff are very nice and very helpful! My husband was originally put off by the old building, but if you can get over the dated aesthetics, you'll find that the level of expertise and care is top notch! We have been going to this location since my daughter was born in 2005. Dr. Kaus was always wonderful and the visits were enjoyable (as much as they can be for a doctor visit), but WOW has the service in this place fallen off! I recently took my two oldest kids there for a COVID test. The experience was terrible from the beginning. Instead of telling me to go to a Walgreens or CVS for a free one, they were happy to book me and now I know why. Once registered they told me I would be paying $100 after the tests ($50 for each kid) under the façade of an "office visit". Afterwards, they sent me an additional bill for for $77.50 ($38.75 for each kid) because they didn't feel the first $100 was enough. When I questioned why the COVID testing wasn't free they told me they are elsewhere, just not when you have an "office visit". When I told them this made me want to find a new pediatrician they simply told me "okay, just have them request your records when you find a new pediatrician". They clearly don't need the business so you might as well go somewhere that they actually care about you. read more

We LOVE Dr. Kaus! We have moved several times and have tried pediatricians closer to home, but we keep coming back to NWCC! Overall, the staff is friendly and competent. I have had a billing issue in the past (underinsured and vaccines cost $500!) but the billing department allowed me to set up a payment plan and they were understanding/empathetic. I feel like this clinic bills consistently and as a result I can anticipate my responsibly. Same day appointments are a breeze, I have never had an issue with that. Records requests are processed promptly as well. My only complaint is that it is so far from my home! Keep up the great work NWCC! read more

Wanting to switch to another pediatrician only because they schedule you an appointment and expect you to sit in the room with your child who just wants to move for literally an hour. 5:10 and have been sitting and waiting for a doctor to come into the room since 4:15. I made an appointment for a well child check for my 2.5 year old after a friend recommended this office. The receptionist was amazing at giving information (needed to know the specifics of a cash pay patient) and she was very friendly. She got me in for the appointment the same day! The office is clean and cute. We saw the nurse practitioner named Karen and she was AMAZING. Very friendly and great with my daughter. Also very very thorough. Didn't feel rushed at all! If you are looking for a pediatrician, this is your office. Front office staff is great. I am a foster mom and so I have a lot of kids coming through this office. The staff knows me and greets me upon entering. That isn't a big deal for most, but I love that they take the time. I have never not been able to get in for a same day appointment. It may not be with my normal doctor, but at least one of the other doctors or nurse practitioners is always available. We normally see Dr. Bingham and I love her. She isn't quick to jump to medication but she also isn't going to make a kid tough it out and suffer or say we will just wait and see if they do need treatment. The only thing I would say isn't great it the building. It is very aged and dated. It isn't enough to knock it down a star though. We moved 45 minutes away and I still make the drive. read more

I'm really upset. My almost 3 year old has been attending with Dr. Kaus since he was born. We love her and have never had an issue before today. I decided I would like to bring my 4 year old over to Dr Kaus again because we love her. My husband forgot to bring my 4 year old this last Friday to his appointment by accident. I usually take them but had to fly out of state last minute because my dad is sick. I called in and the lady I spoke with was very rude. She started off by saying she had to see if they were even allowed to attend for missing the appointment Friday. Then she came back and said I had 1 more chance. I made the appointment and the she called me back again very rude and said there is now a $25 fee for missing the appointment. I apologized and asked if there is anything they can do because it was an honest mistake. She rudely asked me to hold again and came back on the line and said the manager said no. It isn't about the money it's about customer service. I work in customer service and would never talk to someone the way your scheduling lady talked to me. I asked the lady to cancel the appointment and I will be taking my business elsewhere. I'm upset because we love Dr Kaus but I will not be talked to the way I was treated either. read more

All the MAs are so friendly and welcoming the front desk knows our LO by name when we walk in and there is almost always some one available for this last minute must see a dr or np. Dr. Kaus is amazing and the staff has always been very pleasant, including everyone at the front desk and billing. My only issue is that every time I bring my daughter here, we end up waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour before she is seen. This office is really amazing. Found this pediatrician through yelp & being new to the state, coming from a practice that I truly loved the dr, here is my review. From my first phone call with someone answering and no prompts to our first interaction when we got there. We were looking for the "rash" door and a physician was entering at the same time, went out of her way to guide us where to go. The front desk check in woman was such a sweetheart. Super friendly and just genuinely a joy to interact with. We saw Kitty the NP and she offered straightforward advice. It was simple, but it felt like I was speaking w a grandmother, someone invested, caring and that had some natural tips that I didnt think about that would also benefit and aid the prescription. We went back for a second visit and the experience was the same. I felt like I was able to ask questions and not get a run of the mill, by the textbook answer. That was comforting to me to help my kids. I do appreciate this office. read more

I have been with this clinic for about a year and a half, I have had pleasant experiences with them so far but when I called to reschedule my sons appointment because I wasn't able to take time of work the receptionist Miranda was absolutely (excuse my language) so fucking rude. As I was telling her I needed to reschedule she cuts me off and says, very snippy, "okay I'm just going to transfer you to scheduling" I asked if she had to say that with attitude and she says "I've had already 5 calls about this ok" I don't give a shit if you have 5 or 1,000 calls about the same subject you work in customer service do your job and without the attitude because YOU are the face of the company. I work in a customer service field so I know how it goes. So, then I say "okay after this I would like to speak to your supervisor" she laughs and says "okayyyyy" and transfers me over. I don't need the attitude when I'm just calling for a simple thing. I've read multiple reviews about her rudeness to patients and I'm wondering as to why the company still decides to keep her there if she is causing the clinic to look bad? Dr. Bingham is the primary care doctor for both of my girls (My youngest daughter's Dr. since birth) and I love her! She's very knowledgeable, thorough, answers any and all of my questions and quick (which is my favorite part when it comes to Dr. Offices, lol). The entire staff here is friendly and always nice. I always feel relieved and happy when I leave after seeing the Dr. knowing my girls are in good hands. I would recommend this clinic to anybody with little ones. read more
