They had told me to go to the wrong clinic and when I called to see why it was closed, they blamed me and gave no apology. When I got there, the communication was Poor. I had to engage them and ask for the sign in forms while they all chatted behind the window and gave me no mind. It's no wonder that their offices are closing. We will be glad to find somewhere cleaner and more professional, where we might feel valued.

It started to occur to me that every single time I go in with a sick kid I am walking out with a kid with an ear infection that needs antibiotics. So finally I said ok enough is enough took my kid in said he had an ear infection gave him the antibiotics, go back in for check up to make sure it's gone, it's gone!! Well that's weird I didn't give him a drop of his antibiotics he was prescribed so how did it go away??? Next time he had a 104 temperature said ear infection, went to hospital and he tested positive for the flu no signs of ear infection. When I have a month old baby in the house you would think they would pay more attention, good thing my baby didn't catch the flu from being misdiagnosed.

As a doctor you should know how to conduct yourself in a more professional manner. 10 minutes after my orignal review posted the Dr called me. Before 8 AM. "Hello, I saw your review, I sent a text to our billing department and they will reach out. If you owe us, we will keep the money. If not we will refund it." Thank you for the update. It is crazy to get a bill 4 years later *side note a week later billing hadn't reached out and insurance said they didnt have a claim from this practice in 2021.* At that point the Dr did a 180 in tone, raised his voice and threw professionalism out the window. "We work really hard for all of our good reviews. You are just a keyboard warrior writing bad reviews and there is nothing I can do to have your review taken down". I said "excuse me. I wrote my experience with your practice." Instead of saying "I will talk to my team to get invoices sent out in a timely manner" you call me a keyboard warrior for writing a review about my experience with your practice. Original review: Brought my son here one time in '21. Visit went smoothly. 3 months later we got a bill. I called with questions, left multiple voicemails with no response. I finally got in touch with someone, I forget the specifics since this was 4 years ago, but they said they would write it off since it was an error on their side. May of 2025 we get the bill again. I thought it was a bill for a recent ER visit so I paid it. 2 days later I realized it was a bill from 2021 for this office. My son was born around Thanksgiving so when my son was newborn & offices were closed for the holiday but Dr. Aurora still insisted us coming in during his closed hours, he truly is a very passionate, caring doctor. Anytime I call they can get my son in within that same day, they are so flexible with our schedule. He is a very reassuring doctor for any questions I ever have. Even for the small stuff when my son has ever been slightly sick & I feel unsure if I should bring him in they always give no hesitation for me to bring him in anyways to be safe. My son loves going to the office too all the staff is so friendly & welcoming. We are so thankful for Dr. Aurora & his crew!

At first we liked, but didn't love this practice, but it is convenient that when it came time for my other child's first well visit we went back. In the meantime, Dr. Buck had joined the practice and she was a game changer for my girls. They were both immediately comfortable with her and she talked to them as the patient rather than me which allows them to understand that interaction. The front desk staff is not always the friendliest, but we'll keep going back to Dr. Buck as long as we are here.

We were skeptical at first, but when we met Dr. Mitra we knew we were in the right place. He is so gentle, kind, knowledgeable, assuring, and darling with our girl; I assume all of his other patients experience this as well. We feel confident that we are getting the best care and diagnostics possible for our little one and her precious body/health. The office itself is never over crowded and is comfortable and welcoming. It isn't fancy but I don't need fancy I need quality. The staff are competent and friendly, and we are always checked in and called back immediately. The only negative with Pediatrix is the call system in which you have to call a switchboard and hold for a long time before you talk to someone. Also, don't expect to get an appointment on a Monday unless you have scheduled it in advance. If you need a Dr. for your child I highly recommend Dr. Mitra and Pediatrix. These little ones deserve amazing care and I believe they do a good job of providing that here.

We've been ignoring it because they are close and easy to get same day appointments. We had an appointment today at 3:30. The waiting room was packed and I overheard parents saying they were there to see the same doctor. I asked the front desk staff if they were behind (15 minutes after my scheduled appointment) and was notified the doctor still had 3 patients in front of us. I asked the front desk why they didn't call people to tell them that they were so far behind, and she said they didn't know. You don't get delayed THREE appointments that quickly. They also failed to tell me when I checked in for the appointment. Do better. We shouldn't have to juggle kids in your waiting room (especially ones who are very anxious for scheduled vaccines) because you are running behind and don't tell anyone. Pure insanity. We will be looking for a new pediatrician after today.

However, our most recent visit made me seriously consider finding a new clinic. During this visit, I was informed there was an issue with our insurance. I provided the current insurance card and a reference number from our insurance company at the front desk, and was asked to wait in another room. When the nurse came to bring us in, I asked if the insurance issue had been resolved. At that point, a staff member at the front office abruptly responded, "That's why I asked you if you wanted to pay out of pocket for today!"--in a noticeably rude tone. It's disappointing that one unpleasant interaction can overshadow the efforts of the many kind and professional staff members we've encountered in the past. I understand that, to some staff members, we may be seen as "patients" and not "customers," but basic respect and kindness should still apply. I genuinely hope this individual can take to heart the simple principle of treating others the way they would want to be treated.
