Dr. Gerald Asin Dr…read more Gerald Asin is an extraordinary physician in every sense of the word the kind of doctor we once believed existed only in memory or legend. He listens, truly listens, as if each patient were the only one on earth. He knows us not as charts or lab results, but as people with stories, fears, hopes, and a desire simply to be understood. His bedside manner is exquisite calm, confident, and deeply human. With a presence both gentle and resolute, he brings comfort before even speaking a word. His knowledge is vast, precise, and astonishing, yet carried with humility and grace. A master diagnostician, he sees what others overlook, finds clarity where there is confusion, and brings healing not only through science, but through kindness. To be his patient is to feel protected, cared for, and held in the capable hands of a gifted healer and a magnificent human being. There is, in him, the rare combination of wisdom, patience, compassion, and genuine love for people the true marks of a physician of the highest calling. As the Jewish saying goes: "A good doctor cures the disease; a great doctor cures the patient." And Dr. Asin? Well he cures the patient, explains the disease, calms the family, reassures the worrier, educates the curious, charms the skeptic, and somehow still keeps the office running like a Swiss watch. Frankly, at this point we're not entirely convinced he's just a doctor. He may also be part psychologist, part philosopher, part miracle worker, and part magician because every time we leave his office we feel better, wiser, and mysteriously convinced to take our medications. And the funniest part? We all pretend we're going for "a quick check-up," but in truth we're going because spending time with Dr. Asin is cheaper than therapy, safer than Google, and infinitely more reliable than asking your cousin on WhatsApp why your knee suddenly hurts on Tuesdays. May God bless him with strength, health, and patience especially patience, because with us as his patients... he's going to need it. A long time patient Jose Pienknagura

***BEWARE*** This facility conducts UNETHICAL PRACTICES. I had been going to Dr. Fayz Yar Khan for…read moreseveral years. Rcently, he had granted access to a patient portal. I accessed my records, and I realized that it was multiple incidents of inaccurate information. There were several documentations of prescribed medications This doctor has never prescribed me these meds not did I know the purpose of the medications. There were discrepancies in the purpose of the visits and conditions and diagnoses. Even my biometrics were incorrect. Records noted a weight that I had never been in my life. Which greatly contradicted the prior weight listed in the chart. I wrote the facility a lengthy email listing outlining my disbelieve and shock in the inaccurate documentation. The last time that I saw this provider was in September 2025. Now in December, I get a call from a collection agency stating that I owe the doctor $90. I have insurance and I've always paid my copays. I called the office an inquired about the change. I was told that I owed $45 from 2023 and $45 from September '25. I stated that when I left the office in september, I was told that I owe nothing. There was no mention of a late bill nor of an additional copay. The receptionist/billing clerk/MA/custodian stated that she wasn't aware and she didn't see a old bill from 2023 during my last visit and she was unaware that I owed anything. I advised her that no one called to let me know of a past due amount nor did I receive an invoice stating that I had a past due balance. I asked for an detailed billed outlining services rendered. I waited 5 days, and finally, I received a list of the date and the amount owed, date and amount paid. Nothing else. I don't even know what these charges were for. It is unfair to me as a patient to be sent to collections when it was no effort to notify the me of the balance or to collect the money. BEWARE people. This doctor has unethical practices. A doctor should not be writing prescriptions under your name. Look at your medical chart and demand that they correct the discrepancies.

Today is February 15th and I've called the office every day and they still haven't called my prescriptions in after they said they did. I just moved here, sent them my medical records and everything still have absolutely nothing!!! I've been out of my prescriptions for almost 2 weeks. This is messing with my health and De. I'm a patient of Dr.Leitner's and have also seen Sadie a couple of times at this practice. I've had…read morea wonderful experience every time. Everyone is both professional and kind. What I really like in addition to that is both Sadie and Dr. Leitner don't unnecessarily prescribe medications. I go in because I want to know what I might do to manage my symptoms without medications if possible. But they also explain the treatment and medications in detail. A few times they I ave given me one round of antibiotics but educated me about my having a choice to not take them as well. The office and doctors are also really good about follow-up and very accessible through email as well. They have an app that works pretty decently to help me stay in communication with the doctor as needed. This is my PCP office and I'm glad to have found it! I wrote this because I'm surprised at the negative reviews on here. I have had only very good experiences with this practice- whether just calling in or going in for an appointment.

Absolutely terrible. 1. They lied about the charges…read more2. They lost my blood samples 3. They refused to redo the lost blood samples without charging me another "emergency room" visit 4. I contacted the hospital about this. They said they received my message and the head of the department would get back to me... that was two months ago. 5. They just sent me a bill for $1,700 even though | gave them my insurance and my insurance said I was covered. 6. They send you two separate bills and double charge you: one for "supplies" and one for the "physician service." So instead of sending the bill to my insurance and me being covered for $300 1 now have two separate bills for one visit, both over $1000 and sent to me directly instead of my insurance. And I want to remind you all they did was a five minute EKG and drew some blood. And guess what? They told me I was fine and two days later | started getting 103 degree fevers every day for a week and was so sore all over | couldn't walk. But I couldn't go back because they would charge me for another "emergency room" visit and send another two bills. Ridiculous. Thanks for losing my blood samples and wasting my time. UPDATE: I called them and filed a complaint with the head of the department. 6 weeks later I get a letter in the mail essentially saying it's my fault that they lost my blood. THEN they send me a new bill in the mail, but this time it's over $7,000. So now It's been 6 months and I still have a $7,000 bill hanging over my head because they took a couple blood samples, lost them, said it was my fault, and told me to go home only to be in substantially more pain the following two weeks.
