Good coffee selection. Good icecream, cookies and scones. Friendly service and charming dining area on the corner of town, might add a cute full of character town to wander about and burn off the sweet calories.

This is the cutest little cafe in the cutest town. I came in for breakfast at about 10:45 but by the time I got to the front of the line there was only one person ahead of me it was five minutes later but they had still stopped serving breakfast. Luckily for me they still let me have the avocado toast which was an everything bagel cream cheese avocado tomato and everything bagel seasoning on the top it was pretty delicious. It would've been even better if they would've toasted the bagel slightly. My husband order the ham bacon cheddar wrap. He said it was good, and very filling. Both of our sandwiches came with fruit which was just one piece of pineapple and mostly cantaloupe and honeydew melon. It was ripe and delicious. Our daughter ordered the PB & J. ITT was pretty standard. I also had a latte which was good. I just loved the decor in their place. Such a great vibe.

Sara's was inadvertently the central point of our entire visit. Culinarily, it is open for the lunch we needed with pretty standard fare expertly executed. The food is on the high end of what I like to pay for lunch, but the sandwiches and quiche were both excellent. Surprisingly, the broccoli salad was the high point with amazing flavor! Geographically, the shop sits right smack dab in the center of town with the trails and photo spots to the north and antiquing to the south. You will pass by the building multiple times a day if you spend time in town. Chronologically, the wine bar is one of the few spots open late. And when I say late, I mean, like 8 p.m. The wine bar pushed it into 5 star territory for me. With decor that carries over the old-fashioned whimsy of the main building and ups it with giant circus advertisements, I really liked the vibe. There is a great little "alley" seating area to the side that is also dog-friendly (Hi, George!). The bartender was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about the area and just plain fun to talk to! The wine and beer selection (no liquor) wasn't especially deep, but definitely broad enough to meet most tastes.

We stopped here for lunch on a Sunday when we were driving from St. Louis and Louisville (it's about 9 miles off of 64). New Harmony is such a cute town and this cafe follows suit! The inside of the cafe and bar is eclectic, quaint, and comfortable. There is an outdoor patio with about 7 tables - and it is dog friendly! (It is difficult to find a place to stop and eat along 64 when traveling with a dog.) My husband got a couple of beers which were each about $5 and very good. He ordered the club which is closer to a grilled ham and Swiss with bacon rather than the stereotypical club sandwich; because he didn't read the description and had different expectations for his meal, my husband was slightly disappointed about this. I had the chicken salad salad which was very generously portioned. Prices are comparable to a stop at Panera. Food is fresh and service is friendly!

Wonderful space and yummy food. We tried the sliders on a pretzel bun and they were fantastic. The Magic Coffee is also a winner - especially if you like sweet drinks.

Cute cafe with excellent service. I had an iced chia and the spinach red pepper quiche. The quiche came with a fruit bowl too. The quiche was interesting...Swiss and red bell peppers on the bottom, eggs in the middle and spinach on top. The crust could have been cooked a bit more. The cheese on the bottom and crust kind of blended together. Not my normal experience with quiche but a tasty lunch nonetheless.

The good It's a neat place with a nice atmosphere the portions were good size. The bad it's not very clean at all and seemed to have a fly infestation there was one stuck in the sauce that came with my turkey panini.

Awesome sandwiches and a great selection of craft beer and hard to find wines. A must try!

Great place to stop and have a glass of Harmonie Bier. The building used to be a Furniture business and is now a really neat restaurant. They have very good beer and wine.

What an adorable and friendly restaurant in New Harmony! So glad we ventured off the beaten path to check out this cute little town. The chicken teriyaki grilled cheese is definitely one of the best sandwiches I've ever had, the goat cheese salad and grilled cheese were also fantastic. The restaurant is connected to a nice wine and beer bar that serves harmonie beer based off of a recipe from the first beer brewed in Indiana. If you are driving through like we were do yourself a favor and take a 10 mile detour to new harmony (very cool history). If you're in the area seek this place out it's great!

    Loved our lunch here. Delicious!!

We loved eating here. The food was delicious, especially the Sausage Tortilini Soup. The service was excellent and we loved the atmosphere of the place. We were very impressed and would love to eat here again if we are ever in the neighborhood. After eating at this delightful establishment, we walked around town and we were totally amazed at how lovely, clean, and neat it was everywhere. Such a beautiful community.

But after an initial warm greeting and after our orders were placed, service disappeared and no one even checked on us to ask about water refills or apologize for the wait. The first of us was served an hour after our reservation time and the other three in 20 minute increments. One after the other. My companions enjoyed their food. Mine was the last to arrive. I got the crabcakes which were served more like a crab salad, not a cake or patty, and I didn't enjoy it. As I said, I expected a wait, and I was flexible and patient with the fact that there were items on the menu that they were out of. But I'm truly perplexed about what happened to our service, which was initially very friendly and present, and I'd have felt better about the experience if the issues were acknowledged.

This was Graze's first weekend after…read moretheir reopening this past Wednesday, so I want to start off by saying that I realize they are just getting back into the swing of things. First off, this is such an inviting, cozy little spot in a beautiful historic building on Main and the girl running the front counter was very sweet. My sons and I assumed the only food available was what's put out in the display cases. They do not include other food items on their menu board. That being said, we each ordered a caramel cinnamon roll. I ordered a hot chai latte (delicious!), my eldest ordered a hot macchiato (very good), and my youngest a hot chocolate (a bit on the watery side...not much flavor). Had their full menu been visibly displayed, my two hungry teenagers would have definitely chosen something else. After ordering, we sat at an available table and waited for our cinnamon rolls. They were brought to our table in a few short minutes. I assumed since we were "dining in" that they would have warmed the rolls prior to serving, but they came out room-temperature making them a little on the dry/hardened side. I'm sure we could have sent them back asking that they be warmed, but we didn't want to be a bother as there was now a short line of customers waiting to be served. They still tasted good and I'm sure they'd be delicious warmed up and maybe a little larger in size. Regardless, I'm happy Graze 1885 has reopened its doors! It's so nice to have another alternative for breakfast / lunch downtown. My only suggestions would be to 1) ask the customer if they would like their food warmed up, 2) consider an alternative way to display the full menu...a digital menu board that can be updated as needed would look very nice. Oh and placement of a customer-accessible trash receptacle would be great! I look forward to frequenting Graze in the future. :)

The menu tonight was predetermined with great options. Service was a little slow tonight, but that is to be expected when the entire restaurant is at capacity with reservations. My husband and I loved the appetizers. It was a sample of shrimp cocktail, spinach dip with pita bread, and sriracha honey bacon brussel sprouts. I ordered the garden salad for my next course while my husband chose the broccoli mushroom chowder. We each enjoyed our choice. For the main course I had the marinated grilled chicken with creamy spinach and artichoke, and my husband had the 16 ounce bone in ribeye. Both main dishes came with a twice baked potato and roasted vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, bell pepper). My chicken was slightly overcooked, but it wasn't too noticeable with the creamy topping. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection. We both enjoyed the sides. We got dessert to go as we were so full by that point. I chose the carrot cake and he got the cheesecake. Our son was very happy we decided to bring the desserts home so he could also try them. Both were delicious, but the carrot cake was the standout. We look forward to returning to have their regular menu.
