A quaint little shop! It's pretty dark inside, but I think it's cozy. The espresso is good quality, and the food is good for the price point. The barista was very helpful and cheery :). The grits were a little lumpy but lumps were good because less salty. read more

DoorDash order ********* I got the breakfast burrito with angus steak & egg with cheese grits and an apple juice. Wraps could have been toasted (no option) quantity was small for price. Comes with 2 small burritos. The flavor was good and the egg was cooked to perfection. The cheese grits were salty and could have been more in the small cup. Apple juice did the job. I would go back when downtown to see the real menu and interact with staff. Didn't rate atmosphere because I door dashed. read more

This place is super cute. Located in downtown Evansville, it's accessible in an office building that has a parking lot which makes stopping in super easy! I came for breakfast and grab the vegan bagel (everything bagel with avocado and tomatoes), a side of cheesy grits (I'm clearly not a vegan), and the central perk latte! Everything was amazing and I can't wait to come back! Service was wonderful and the barista was lovely and helped me pick a flavored latte! read more

I could go here every single day and never get tired of it. The staff are so friendly it's almost criminal, and they have this uncanny ability to remember every single person (and their order) who's been here more than once. The coffee selection is on point and all their baked goods are made fresh from scratch daily (you can truly taste the difference). Both their breakfast and lunch menus are extensive but no exhausting and I have yet to taste something that I didn't enjoy immensely. If you need a good place to work, I suggest before the lunch crowd starts rolling in around 11/11:30am, but their wifi is strong and reliable (and free), the atmosphere is comfortable, and the tables are plentiful. Honestly only complaint is that there's only two available outlets, so don't show up with an uncharged laptop. All in all, this place is a local treasure and if you're in downtown Evansville for any reason, work or whatever, def check it out. read more

What a sweet and cozy spot that gives the west side a fantastic spot for a quick coffee, yummy bite, or nice place to hangout with friends or get work done! The place has been around for a hot minute now. I just haven't had a chance to go check it out! So, I obviously had to squeeze in a second and grab some yumminess! I obviously needed to snag a couple stickers and a bag of roasted coffee to take home to try. I'm a whole bean kind of gal, so I was happy to see they were selling whole beans with the option to have it ground for you in-store. These are the drinks I walked away with... Lavender lemonade (pre-bottled) Iced Mama Bear Chai (a honey syrup with a banana cream cold foam) Iced Baklava Latte with Soy (a recommendation by the barista) Iced DECAF Brown Sugar Latte with Soy (recommended by the barista) In total, so 4 drinks, 1 bag of beans, and 3 stickers came out to $50. I was a little shocked by the price. I'd expect that or something close to it in Ohio, but I wasn't expecting Evansville to be so close in price (that's probably just due to ignorance and lack of being back in town, if I'm being quite honest). For the quality of everything I got and for the sake of supporting local, I'm not mad and would do it again! The baristas were super sweet and surprised I'd just trust them to make me whatever they suggested. They wanted my opinion as soon as they were done making everything. At first, the Mama Bear Chai sounded odd. I couldn't picture the honey and banana in a drink, but once I tried a sip, it was delicious!! This is Evansville's best kept secret. This isn't a fancy place, but just good food. I was meeting…read moresome friends for breakfast on a Monday at 8:30. It was evident by the packed parking lot and people leaving that we had missed the rush. We were seated immediately and the server was right there to take our drink order. Their coffee was one of the best I've had out. I ordered a veggie omelette but didn't want the normal sides of toast and potatoes. I ordered just the one pancake. The omelette was just a bit cooked too long, but it was still good. The pancake was soft and fluffy inside and even better when I added syrup! I was surprised when I got my bill that they didn't charge me for the pancake. The server said that the owner/cook just likes to make people happy and was very flexible on the sides. The prices are really reasonable. I'll be back!
