I can only begin by say wow. What a pleasant surprise! I mean we pulled up and I thought oh many am I in the right place but the staff and food exceeded my expectations. The pricing is just, well, so affordable! The pork tenderloin is hands down the best I've ever had which made me so proud of my native Hoosier state sandwich especially in region (south) and made my belly so happy. And full! Great job, be back for breakfast! That cornbread is yum

This place is always really good. It's not fancy at all, but has good homestyle food at a great price.

I would've given a five star review but the service was very slow and 2 stars at best. It could have been more prompt and efficient. We waited for seven minutes before our first acknowledgement by our waiter/ server. It was just my girlfriend and myself. Once the waiter finally came to the table and took our order a lot time had lapse. Never once did come to ask how the food was once our main entrée was delivered. He asked how everything was when he presented the check. During the wait for him to return to the table to take our dessert order, there was a bus boy at the nearby table clearing another table. I asked him to take a plate that was left on our table and he said that the servers job I don't do that. I told him no you need to take it now and he gave me a rather rude look and stare. The intervals from which the waiter came back to the table was very long. It would've helped if the chairs had been padded but they were hard with like school room chairs. The dining room was decorated very nice and the decor and artwork is very tasteful. Music was a little loud. The food was exceptionally good from the appetizer to the main course to our dessert. It was exceptional. That is five stars ONLY - The service really was a lot to be desired for a good tip and review.

What a sweet and cozy spot that gives the west side a fantastic spot for a quick coffee, yummy bite, or nice place to hangout with friends or get work done! The place has been around for a hot minute now. I just haven't had a chance to go check it out! So, I obviously had to squeeze in a second and grab some yumminess! I obviously needed to snag a couple stickers and a bag of roasted coffee to take home to try. I'm a whole bean kind of gal, so I was happy to see they were selling whole beans with the option to have it ground for you in-store. These are the drinks I walked away with... Lavender lemonade (pre-bottled) Iced Mama Bear Chai (a honey syrup with a banana cream cold foam) Iced Baklava Latte with Soy (a recommendation by the barista) Iced DECAF Brown Sugar Latte with Soy (recommended by the barista) In total, so 4 drinks, 1 bag of beans, and 3 stickers came out to $50. I was a little shocked by the price. I'd expect that or something close to it in Ohio, but I wasn't expecting Evansville to be so close in price (that's probably just due to ignorance and lack of being back in town, if I'm being quite honest). For the quality of everything I got and for the sake of supporting local, I'm not mad and would do it again! The baristas were super sweet and surprised I'd just trust them to make me whatever they suggested. They wanted my opinion as soon as they were done making everything. At first, the Mama Bear Chai sounded odd. I couldn't picture the honey and banana in a drink, but once I tried a sip, it was delicious!! I'm wanting to go back for breakfast the next time I'm in town. I love that they have vegan options too for those who keep plant based!

I felt this was a good sign. Ordered a beekeeper latte (honey and cinnamon) and it was very good! We also ordered breakfast - I tried their dark moon bubble waffle, and my wife had one of their breakfast bagels. High praise for both items. The bubble waffle was fantastic! This place is worth checking out if you are in the Evansville area!
