Everything we tried was amazing. It is a small place and you can tell a lot of people grab and go. No prices anywhere when we came in. But tbh they may have been changing things over. I believe all the prices were online. And I think they do a lot of online order then pickup. Two women behind counter never stopped cooking or cleaning. The entire time we were there. What a cute little sandwich shop! We are only in town for the day and were craving a sub. Found this gem on Yelp and stopped in. The 2 ladies working were incredibly friendly, and they took time to make me feel welcome. We tried the Nona and the OG grilled cheese with turkey added. The Nona was really good but the standout was the OG. Top 5 lifetime sandwich list for sure. We will be back next time we are in the area! read more

I sent a message more than 2 weeks before Valentine's Day to ask about a charcuterie bouquet. I was told that they could do that. A few back and forths later, I had my order in and had arranged for a 2:00 pick up on Valentines Day. Communication since then has been dismal. Today, I got a message 20 minutes before pick up time that she was behind and asked if I could come later. Due to a meeting, I told her I'd come at 4. She said it would be ready "anytime after 4". I arrived at 4 and messaged her that I was there (the lights were off and door was locked). At 4:30 she responded that she was about to bring an order out to a gentleman that was waiting when I got there and then would "finish" mine. I asked how much longer and explained I had dinner reservations. I got no response. At 4:45 I messaged again and expressed my frustration. She asked if I wanted free delivery instead. At 5:00 I told her I had to leave and she could decide what to do (refund my money or deliver my order). It's now 9:00 and, despite a few messages to her, I've had no response. For an order that was placed two weeks ago and has been paid for. I do understand being busy and shorthanded, and I've been as patient and accommodating as possible. Things happen and I get that. All she had to do - at any point today - was tell me she wouldn't be able to fulfill the order. I would have understood and respected her honesty. But instead, she prioritized other orders over mine, was non-communicative, wasted much of my time today, and put a huge damper on what should have been a joyous and loving day. read more

Best vegetarian sandwich I've ever had! Seriously. And I'm a tough cookie when it comes to veggie sandwiches, having been mostly plant based for the last 7 years. The bread is phenomenal, soft with a good chew. We dined outside at the bistro tables which was nice to enjoy the weather and watch people milling about on Franklin st. I will definitely be back! You're doing yourself a disservice if you haven't been here. Seriously. The owners are wonderful, employees are attentive, and the food! I can't even begin with the food. The Cuban is my favorite sandwich but the Siciliano is a close second. And going to the trouble of having Muffaletta bread flown in from New Orleans for Mardi Gras weekend?! Who even does that?! Seriously, make a stop, grab a sammich, and don't forget about the desserts. Sandwiches are literally sliced to order, with Boar's Head meats and cheeses. The bread is from a local bakery, fresh daily. My father is notoriously picky but he said the Cuban was delicious and asked me to bring him one less than a week after the first. The prices are beyond reasonable. I got one whole Siciliano sub, double meat, double cheese, a Cuban, two guava and cream cheese pastelitos, and a massive raspberry and cream cheese iced brownie for about $30 bucks. Half of the sub will feed me for two meals and I split the Cuban with my dad. And the muffaletta was amazing!! I had a fourth of a whole sandwich for dinner tonight and the amount of meat and cheese was crazy! The tapenade rivals some I've had in NOLA. Seriously guys. Check this place out.
