Sarah's in Central is an absolute gem! I've never been a quiche fan before, but the one I had here completely changed my mind. It was fluffy, creamy, and packed with the perfect blend of cheese and meat, all encased in a flaky, crispy crust. Simply divine! The fresh side of fruit was a great touch, adding a refreshing balance to the dish. But Sarah's is so much more than just great breakfast. I've also had the pleasure of trying their lunch and dinner, and they do not disappoint! The menu is filled with delicious options, from hearty sandwiches to savory entrees, each dish prepared with the same level of care and quality. And don't even get me started on their specialty drinks--each one is a treat in itself! Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite, a full meal, or just to grab some of their incredible baked goods, Sarah's has something for everyone. This place is a must-visit in Central! read more

The space itself is so cute, it's very intentional and aesthetic. The pink stripes, ceiling clouds, plant paintings on the wall make it so unique. They have a pretty extensive menu, and I ordered a Garden Muse salad and it was delicious. I'm really simple and when it comes to salads, as long as the ingredients are fresh I'm happy. This hit the nail on the head. I added chicken and that made it super filling. The dressing wasn't sweet (which I prefer) and it's safe to say this is one of my new favorite salads :) I also ordered one of the latte specials which was a birthday cake latte. Because we were not familiar with this restaurant and literally came here on a whim, we had to order take out. It didn't take too long for our order to come out, maybe 20 minutes. The service here is okay, and I don't know if the nature of it being busy takes away from the service or the team that day was just over it! Our food was pretty good, but if you get the chance to eat there, it would be better straight from the kitchen! The cinnamon roll and fried egg sandwich were probably the best items. I think their latte was pretty good which had a lovely cold foam and strawberry! Definitely, if you have time to spare and want a very specific experience, try this space! Just be ready to wait a while!

But the worst was when the food came, I ordered over easy eggs, and the came out way undercooked. Like, still very liquid. But since our server never came back to check on us, I ate everything else. While we waited, we heard them explain to someone that they don't make most of their pastries, which was disappointing. When our sever finally came back to drop off the check I showed her the eggs and asked for them to be taken off the bill. My server was a kind lady who made sure I was always doing well and kept my water glass topped off. One star for going above and beyond--I ordered gooey butter cake as a sweet treat and apparently whomever cut the slices made them too small so they gave me two but only charged me for one. Half a star for the gooey butter cake and espresso martini. Neither was the best instance of either I've ever had but they were the best part of the actual meal. Unfortunately, I think I made the wrong entree choice. I went with the biscuit (singular) and gravy and a side of sausage links.
