We had been wanting to do it for a while and already knew from our previous experience that we'd be in good hands. Blake did an amazing job and the car looks great. Blake and his team did an amazing job adding a ceramic coat to car. He went in depth on the process and answered my many questions. We look forward to regular car detail appointments in the future!

My friends out buying new cars, but I got two kids to support and feed... so the next best thing is getting your car detailed! Full interior and exterior work! Coffee spills, yogurt spills... spills you don't even know what they are! Crooks and crannies, everything is vacuumed, shined and polished! It smells clean!! It looks spotless! All I'm missing is that bottle of "new car" scent.. and you would never notice the difference until you turn on your engine and see how many thousand miles it's racked up! Service was friendly! Kind! On time! And easy to communicate through phone and or text! If you've never gotten your car detailed before.. you're doing a disservice to yourself! So next time you want to do something nice for yourself.. consider getting your car detailed! It's the gift that keeps on giving.. for real! It makes me feel that my car would appraise for a much higher value.. and that speaks for itself! They came and worked in the drizzle! They set up their own little tent! And had little head gears to make sure all crevices were not missed!

Overcharged and Underserved…read more Our 8 year old minivan was a mess, so we knew it would be a challenge. We ordered the most expensive package, the Extreme for extra-large vehicle. The website said it was $279 and could take up to 7 hours. The guy from SVAD came out for the pick up and looked at the van and said the interior would need extra work and asked if they could skip the exterior cleaning so he could still "get it done under $300". I said that would be fine so long as it was very well done and the door jambs and seals were cleaned and conditioned as well (which is part of the extreme package deal). He agreed and took the van. He later called my wife and said he would need an extra $150 for extra time to work or he would bring it back unfinished. We needed it clean, so she said yes. Here's the kicker, they brought it back in 7 hours! That's the time their website says it typically takes. So we were charged for extra time that wasn't used. We also paid extra (by forfeiting the exterior work) for an interior job that was very poorly done (see pics). So for just under $450, we got a mediocre interior cleaning, and they did not clean or condition the door jambs and seals (see pics). I could have done that myself for about 20 bucks at the carwash, and probably would have done a better job. There are still stains on the carpet that I was able to remove with carpet spot remover. There was still loose debri like wrappers and sand on the carpet, the pockets on the seats were not cleaned and still had toddler-produced toxic waste in them. As a biz owner myself, I hate it when people leave negative reviews without attempting to contact me and giving me a chance to make it right. I emailed SVAD and requested a refund of the extra $150 they charged us (I did not ask for full refund, though I felt I had grounds to do so), it has been 1 week now with no reply. If you do business with these guys be sure to get your expectations and pricing in writing, best to stay away altogether. I should add that the gentleman from SVAD was super nice and friendly, I wanted to support his business and was very disappointed with their lack of effort and communication.

I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I got the appointment within 48 hours, and Adrian arrived on time. He communicated well, and did a great job finding mold in places I didn't know to look, which justified upgrading from a tier 1 to a tier 2 mold option. There are two small dark spots on my light gray leather that he was unable to completely remove, easily ignored. My only complaint is he did not have the ingredients listing for three of the solutions he used for cleaning (understandably filled at the shop by someone else into refillable spray bottles). Before making the decision, I probably asked Anthony more questions than most customers. I went back and forth on what services to get, and he was always patient, never pushy, and took the time to explain the pros and cons so I could make the right decision for us. At no point did I feel pressured to add anything I didn't want. I also spent way too much time trying to decide how dark to go with the tint. Anthony walked me through the different options, explained how the white interior would affect the appearance from the outside, and shared what he had on his own vehicle. In the end, I trusted his recommendation and simply told him to tint it like his car. I'm really glad I did because it turned out exactly the way I was hoping. When we picked up the car, we knew we had made the right choice. The Quicksilver paint looks incredible. The depth and gloss from the ceramic coating really stand out, the PPF installation is practically invisible, and the tint came out perfect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire car were outstanding. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Anthony genuinely cares about his work and takes pride in making sure everything is done right. He treated our car with the same care and attention that I would expect if it were his own. If you're looking for PPF, ceramic coating, or window tint in the Tacoma/Puyallup area, I highly recommend OCDetail.
