Not happy about the car servicing. We towed our car here and asked if they could inspect the car as to why it had died. They did and called to tell me it needed a new engine. It was toast. Then they charged me $212 and tried to tell me my husband had approved that amount of "work" at that cost. Didn't happen, my husband would have never approved that without talking with me first. Last time they had quoted a $90 investigation fee so I was expecting the same cost. (Btw, they won't take that charge off the total bill either if they do the car work, it is a flat fee) When taking with the manager Rocky about this, and reminding him I had paid them a year ago $3800 for a new transmission on this car, and that I had been a very regular customer for over 10 years and that I was not happy about that high of a charge, he wouldn't budge repeating that my husband had approved it. I also wasn't happy how they embarrassed me by refusing to let the tow truck take the car off while I discuss the bill with Curt and Rocky the next day. Is this how you treat your 10+ year customers who had recently paid you $3800? Embarrass them and hold their car hostage? It's not like you don't know I live up the road under a mile away, have had my address and credit card info for all those years. It's not like I or my husband don't go into your place almost every single day. Well Rocky, you have lost my business completely. We were daily customers for gas, cigarettes, occasional beverages, etc. Hope that extra $100 you charged me was worth it. My honest opinion is that they nickle and dime you, and are all about the profit and not about the customer service. Adios, taking my business to Shell just a little further away. read more

Bright and clean, lots of pumps. Air for your tires, wipers for your windows, garbage cans for whatever crap you've been tossing behind your passenger seat. But I just wanted a cup of coffee. Sure, I could have waited for a fresh brewed pot, and I suppose you are in the middle of Sammamish, so it's not like you have a ton of demand from drivers wanting coffee, but on the other hand, it was too late for any of the local coffee shops to be open. I've had them service my car twice in the past year, both times I had a poor experience. The first time, my car battery wasn't holding a charge. I knew it was either the battery or the alternator, but I didn't have the tools to diagnose. Turns out, it was the battery, which is a very simple problem to diagnose. When I picked up my car, I received a $375 bill. $200 for the battery and $150 for labor plus tax. I was shocked, first the battery was marked up by 100%, second the garage charged me $75 to diagnose the problem (ouch). What a rip off. The second time, my experience was worse. My engine light came on. I dropped it off and they called back later to explain that there was no issue and the light had come on because my gas cap was loose. I received a $100 bill for that diagnosis as well. Ouch!! Another rip off. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. read more

One star for the service inside the little store. There used to be a nice lady that was super friendly. She is not there anymore. Now I can't understand the new attendant and because I do not want to be rude I go with what is common sense just pay, but he keeps talking and I can't hardly understand him. He gets annoyed if you say "excuse me" or "I'm sorry what?" and recently he made a face at me like I was an idiot. I WON'T be coming here again. You can't get mad at customers when we do not understand you and we are trying to be nice and trying to. read more

Their new service manager Mark is great. I brought my car in for a free brake inspection after they were making odd noises. Mark was very courteous, provided fast service, and called me three times to update me on the process. Turns out the rear brake pads were installed incorrectly at a different shop. Instead of trying to up-sell me on new brakes, he corrected the problem and charged me only a minimal amount for the simple fix for the rear pads. Fast, honest service. read more

The auto repair shop manager Rob is really nice and patiently explained the issue around why the window was not rolling up and how much it would cost to repair over the phone after I had dropped the car in the morning at 10am. The car was ready in the evening and I picked it up at 4pm. Reasonable cost, convenient and excellent customer service. read more

We go back to Rocky and his team each time we have an issue with any of the family cars. Today our sons car failed the emmissions test and naturally we turned to Sammamish 76. Not only did the guys fix the emmissions issue but they also located a couple of other issues waiting to happen and fixed these aswell after checking with myself first. Dishonesty, overcharge you! Not happy with their service and the way they do business. They do not care if you will go back. My car had oil leak and did not hold any oil. There was a big leak. I had my car towed to this place since it is close to my home. Later on the manager Mark called me and told me the oil pump was bad. The replacement cost is $1600 (including timing belt, though it is less than one year old). I was supprised. So I called dealer to get a quote. The dealer quoted me no more than $1000 for same service. I also called nearby shops ( including All Pro)and got the most expensive quote $640(including new timing belt). Now I knew Mark overcharged me a lot. i decided to go different place. I called Mark and told him a tow truck will ship up in 30 minutes. He told me he would not release my car without paying. I told him I will pay. He asked me to pay $198. This is for 3 quarter of oil and 1.5 hours labor. I aske dhim what he did to my car. He said he put 3 quarter of oil and check where is leaking. Nobody believes it will take 1.5 hours. However, I have no choice since the tow truck driver is on the way. I have to pay. Later on I checked my cell phone and found the time between my car arrived at their place and he gave me the quote is 45 minutes. He did 1.5 hours work in 45 minutes. I will tell my friends and neighbors. Do not go that place! It turned out that I did not need to change oil pump. The pump is fine. The seal is bad. I only paid $440 finally for the service in a different place. read more

good: 10 minutes walk from my home. the people there speak in a polite way. bad: I have my car there for a brake service. We agreed to do a brake check first. He would suggest what to do after checking. I asked how much is the brake check. He said it does not cost anything to do brake check. He called me later saying it needs a rotor replacement. I don't agree with the idea and the price. So, I said I am not doing it. He said I need pay $19.99 +tax for brake checking. And he said sorry for not saying it clearly before I dropped my car. I do hope they said it clearly about the price before brake checking. read more
