EDIT: FIVE STARS!…read more Very professional operation. The people are knowledgeable and very nice. They charge reasonable prices and they don't try to upsell unnecessary work. The snippy young woman who works the front counter in the mornings could use some people skill training everyone else could not have been any nicer or more professional. Shout out to John the Technician who did the work. He explained everything in detail and the work appears to have well done. Highly recommend this shop for your auto needs?

I can't say enough about the excellent service I have received at Klahanie Chevron Service Station…read more I have been taking every car I've owned to them for over 20 years because they are honest, friendly and will only replace what's necessary. Just this last weekend my daughter's car was having engine problems so I had it towed to Klahanie Chevron. The following Monday they contacted us and told us what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. They said they would try to get to it as soon as the part came in. The very next day they called us before noon and said it was ready. I was shocked because I know how busy they get but were able to fit us in and got it done so quickly. I will only take my vehicles to them for any work that needs to be done on them.

The Issaquah Costco Gasoline entrance is too easy to miss. There is a narrow one car width…read moreentrance, partially hidden by shrubs, especially if your viewpoint is from a low height car. If you miss it, it is difficult to turn around again to enter, as the traffic here is famously bad. We rarely go to this Costco, so we end up missing this turn sometimes. If you plan to shop and to get gas, it is better to get gas first then shop. The exit after getting gas allows you to enter Costco parking lot to shop or to exit out to the road. Do pay attention to where the adjacent cars are going. Other than being difficult to find, the gas prices and service are same as any other Costco gas. We try to avoid this one in general simply because this location is busier than others, especially during the weekend.

Not happy about the car servicing. We towed our car here and asked if they could inspect the car as…read moreto why it had died. They did and called to tell me it needed a new engine. It was toast. Then they charged me $212 and tried to tell me my husband had approved that amount of "work" at that cost. Didn't happen, my husband would have never approved that without talking with me first. Last time they had quoted a $90 investigation fee so I was expecting the same cost. (Btw, they won't take that charge off the total bill either if they do the car work, it is a flat fee) When taking with the manager Rocky about this, and reminding him I had paid them a year ago $3800 for a new transmission on this car, and that I had been a very regular customer for over 10 years and that I was not happy about that high of a charge, he wouldn't budge repeating that my husband had approved it. I also wasn't happy how they embarrassed me by refusing to let the tow truck take the car off while I discuss the bill with Curt and Rocky the next day. Is this how you treat your 10+ year customers who had recently paid you $3800? Embarrass them and hold their car hostage? It's not like you don't know I live up the road under a mile away, have had my address and credit card info for all those years. It's not like I or my husband don't go into your place almost every single day. Well Rocky, you have lost my business completely. We were daily customers for gas, cigarettes, occasional beverages, etc. Hope that extra $100 you charged me was worth it. My honest opinion is that they nickle and dime you, and are all about the profit and not about the customer service. Adios, taking my business to Shell just a little further away.
