If I could I would give this a 0.3 stars only because I've never had any issues with getting gas. I wanted to come rate this place because that little chubby spoiled long haired man child behind the counter is the rudest dude I have ever had to interact with at a gas station. when ever I go in which is about 2 times a week (I drive a BMW) he's always on his Nintendo Switch and doesn't look up until he feels like he wants to just to stare at you until you tell him what you need help with. I always get Zyn when I go in, I tell him the one I need he grabs it checks my Id I pat. that's how it goes every single time. but this time he was losing or idk what but he seemed frustrated at his game I ask for my usual nicotine flavor and he responds with a stare and says..."ZyNnNnn?!?!!" in the most rude condescending way ever! I hate this kid someone needs to train him better. read more

I used to get gas here all the time and I always loved this place. In the past it was always very busy but had great prices. I went there today and purchased gas. The gas station attendant (who later claimed to be the owner) refused to give me a receipt after I purchased the gas. He said I had to pump the gas first. I really didn't want to go back in line and have to wait just to get a receipt. so I went out to the car and started to pump the gas. I explained to my wife what had happened. She didn't understand this either and went in to get the receipt or at least an explanation as to why we didn't get a receipt. I finished pumping the gas and then went inside to find that the attendant still hadn't provided a receipt and was starting to argue with my wife over the receipt. I told him I had finished pumping the gas and now I wanted my receipt. I told him I have never had a problem getting a receipt at any other gas station or even this one in the past after I had paid for my gas. This guy seemed upset and said that we weren't allowed to come back because we had wanted to have the receipt. If this is the owner he seriously needs to learn customer services skills. Maybe he has issues with communications skills as well and doesn't understand English very well? He did have a very unhappy disposition. Either way we won't be back!! read more

This is by far the worst gas station around the customer service is absolutely disgusting there's drugs in-and-out of the company and the Oak Harbor branch constantly. The customer service I rate a 0 they're all poorly dressed and look like they haven't showered in days they're very disrespectful and rude. The attitude on the 2 older women is absolutely discussing But Hey there's a you younger talkative broad who will want to know your business and keep you sitting there talking when all you're trying to do is get gas and get out of there I do not recommend this store this branch to anyone on the island read more

Sharing a experience of a friend of mine: I had a loaner car from the dealership. I had to put the tank back to full which it was just below the F line. I went on lunch to get it done and pick up my car. I went to the AM/PM ARCO on the corner by IHOP across the street from Holiday Inn and Tully's. Pulled up to the first stall and had cash of $10. I went into the attendant and asked for $1 he said no too little. I said "okay I will take $2 " He said "no it's only a little" (more than a pinch full) done by finger gesture. I said "that's all I need it's a rental car I just need it above by a little." He said" NO." I said "that's unbelievable I won't come back." I went to the car stood outside and was like did that just happen. It going to cost me more to go to the next one. I went back in said "excuse me sir why can't I get it." HE said "it's not worth it. And DON'T come back!" I WAS HOT!!! SHAKING AND called my sister to rant and by the time I was done I was in tears. She called and he was still ignorant refusing me service standing by what he did. So I got gas (haha) somewhere else and picked up my car. Called my sister who was on talking to my Mom. Came back to the office told my story to my coworkers, they were like that's Unbelievable. But by that time I had cooled off some. So I decided to call Corporate. OVER MY $2 dollar experience. The lady apologized and I told her "I know its $2 but I could have gotten my gas $2 and come back for more and been a loyal customer but now I will NEVER go back. And I am telling my friends and family." Since the stores are independently owned under the chain she was going to tell his district manager. And I would get a call back. If that was the last $2 I had I couldn't get gas, if it was an emergency I couldn't get gas for $2. He has other stuff in the store he would sell for less than $2 yet I can't get gas for $2. So what was the point of his refusing and kicking me out of the store. AND I WAS NICE ALL THE WAY TO THE END of the experience. WOW!! read more

I pulled up to a pump. Broken, as it turns out, but no sign. I had to go inside to find that out. No apologies or explanations were forthcoming. Then they wanted me to use the pin-pad inside for the transaction. Then they wanted to hold on to my card... for what? Identity theft? Double-swiping? I cancelled the transaction and left without buying. This isn't a one-off experience. Friends and family have run into similar treatment. There are other places to buy gas. Do yourself a favor and visit one of them. read more

I am shocked at the rudeness I experienced today. I will admit I was slightly at fault. Here's the story...I pulled into this station for a moment with the intention to run in fill my water bottle with ice, pay for it and run out. I pulled my car right up to the front of the store. A man out by gas pumps quickly approached me and said very rudely, "Um that's not a parking space move your car." I happily smiled and replied that I was planning just to pop in get some ice and be super quick. He again said VERY RUDELY, "Well it's not a space you need to move now!" I happily agreed but also calmly suggested he could've asked a bit nicer. He once again made a snide remark about how happy I was and that he could be happy too and I just need to move my car. So I did move my car. My fault for not using a proper space. I then went into the store and asked how much it was to fill my water bottle with ice, he said $0.75 (which I find steep for ice) but happily put the coins on the counter. I once again decided to engage and say that I had not realized it was a big deal to park where I had and he really could've asked me much nicer, I was happy to move. The man got belligerent, borderline verbally abusive, telling me things like a was horrible for taking advantage of handicapped spots and he's had to take care of wiping a persons butt and that I have no idea what it's like. This got me boiling ( I have been a registered nurse for 9 years!!!) I did let him know he had no idea who I was and what I've done. I asked if he owned the store and he said no, then refused to give me his managers information. Then another lady attendant came out from the back telling me he wasn't rude to me at all and I had no reason to talk to a manager. Anyways I know that's detailed but it was honestly one of the craziest customer service interactions I've ever had. I plan to return tomorrow to speak to the actual manager (the lady attendant told me he'd be there) so we will see. I truly feel with all these other reviews that something needs to be done about this. read more

Today I bought some Tylenol for mouth pain and I needed water to swallow the pills so I grabbed a few ice cubes from the drink machine. I was standing in front of the store swallowing the pills and the worker comes out and tells me, "The next time you come in and start helping yourself to stuff make sure it doesn't have a price tag." His wording indicates he considers my taking of a few ice cubes malicious theft. I paid $2.18 for medicine pills, I need water to swallow them. The ice costs a few pennies at most, so what is the problem? It's not like I walked in, bought nothing, and grabbed ice for free. Well, because you made a big deal about the ice worth a few pennies, you will never again get any profit from me. Enjoy the money you will "save" from me not getting some water to swallow medicine I bought from you. read more

DON'T BUY GAS AT THIS STATION! the attendant is rude and refused to allow me to use the restroom. At first he lied and said they didn't have one and when I called him on it he said they didn't have to allow any one to use it. It was probably a good thing since the store was dirty and run down so the restroom was probably awfull! They charge higher prices because they are right by the entrance to the freeway There is a much friendlier station just a few blocks away on Front street in Issaquah just before the entrance to I-90 read more

I have found their gas prices to be the best in the town of Issaquah. Service is non-existent and not all islands have diesel. At least you can get receipt when requested. read more

I would give it less if I could. Came in and debit card not working had to use credit card. He said if I didn't come back for a receipt he would have to charge me $75.00, so I pumped gas and came and got a receipt for 29.00. They still charged me &75.00. Now I have to spend my time fighting with the credit card company. read more

I have never met more of an arrogant, condensending business person in my life. While filling my tank, gas starts leaking down my car. I went in and mentioned this to whom I thought was the owner so he goes out and tries the pump and it still leaked down my car. He said in his broken English to not use the pump and walked away. I stood there not knowing what to do since I had gas all over my car. The next thing I know is an employee comes out and tells me to leave because I'm taking a space. I said at least give me a couple of bucks for a car wash and that's when he became a total ass. Telling me he's going to call the cops if I don't leave, saying the gas will evaporate after I told him it will eat my paint, and then the belittling started. Other customers were standing around looking at him like he's off his wagon. He's telling me "you want a tissue to wipe your tears?" Just being a condescending jackass. He wouldn't move out of my way when I went to get my receipt for a 3/4 full tank so we bumped shoulders. Again, the insults start rolling out. "That was assault, it was caught on camera" etc. I got my receipt and will never be back again. I'll pay more to be treated with respect. read more

This place is not only a dump, it is also a rip-off outfit. My wife recently tried to get gas at this station and her card was rejected twice. She left and got gad elsewhere. However, there was a charge on her account for $73.01 from this station when she never got any gas (note; my wife drives a Hyundai that only holds about $32 of gas tops). --- I spoke with Frank the owner about the issue. His response; nothing could be done as someone got the gas. I pointed out that well, sure, but the issue is due to a faulty machine to which he responded, "you can get a lawyer".... nice huh... its clear this station has faulty machines and a jerk for an owner, note that in an earlier review someone else refers to this issue of bad machines as well. Every review is bad... too bad these bad places still get business.-- I am leaving this review everywhere I can and plan to also speak with the better business bureau but do not expect to get any satisfaction.
