No high spots from the coating and was professionally done. Scott also had my front windshield coated as part of the deal. They went above and beyond and gave the interior of my car a light detail and vacuum as well. The bumper mount screws have been damaged, which made super loose. I used duct tape to hold together until I reached the body shop. My first interactions with Ricky has been honest and humble. He inspected the damage and gave me rundown what type of repair phases this is going to be. Mostly going to be alignment with bumper bracket and painting the replacement bumper. The bumper not repairable and went with replacement. After confirming with the quote matched with insurance check, he went extra mile to re-attach my loose bumper to be secured until the replacement arrived. Provided peace of mind and I removed the duct tape holding the bumper. Called-in after he got the bumper replacement arrived and painted. Brought into the shop and performed the repair in an hour. Seeing the aftermath looks pretty good. I opened up the hood to see the mount bracket been fixed and secured. The bumper alignment looks identical.

There was absolutely no reason for anything to be glued, and now the repair is even more complicated. Because of the poor workmanship, I'm now paying more than double the original cost just to fix the mistakes and get the bumper done the right way. Based on my experience, I would not trust this shop with your car. The quality, care, and professionalism simply weren't there.

He finally did confirm the day before, but his response just seemed cold, awkward and odd. Sure enough, my appointment was at 9am the following day. At 9:20, I called to see if he was on his way. He told me he'd just gotten in a car accident on his way to my house and was still at the scene, waiting for the police - yet the background on his end was dead silent, as if he were at home and had just woken up. My son is a police officer in the area, and there were zero reports of an accident in the area he told me he was in, at the time he told me the accident happened. I absolutely HATE being lied to. If he'd told me "Omg - I'm so sorry, I overslept", I'd have accepted it, but to be lied to is something I can't get over. I went on to use someone else who was amazing. I'll never contact RBO again.

However, after the polishing was done, I noticed that the water spots were still clearly visible. I'm not sure if they even properly polished the car, as the entire process took only about an hour for the whole vehicle. I'm very disappointed, and I feel like I did not get the service I paid for.

When we were paying, my husband had inquired about a film to put on the door handle are and wherever else, (so nail polish or my wedding ring won't scratch the area when I open the doors), we had asked how soon he would be able to do that, his response, I can do it today if you want. I was so impressed by that, so I needed to get my daughter from school and we came back and it was just a really really nice, affordable experience. This company went above and beyond.
