I had braces from a different orthodontist as a teenager to help straighten a few teeth, however, as an adult I developed an underbite causing TMJD. Dr Santucci has fixed my underbite, the clicking of my jaw caused by the TMJD, and I'm no longer getting headaches. On top of this my smile does look noticeably better, the office is always on time for the appointments, they're very accommodating and flexible when it comes to making appointments. The price is also worth mentioning, my Cousin is an orthodontist in NY and she said for the entire undertaking the price is very reasonable read more

My son had his retainers eaten by our mischievous dog and Dr. Santucci and his staff was so accommodating and got us in right away. They were able to make his retainer same day! Everyone here is great!!! Thank you! read more

Everyone in the office is gracious and inviting. The Santucci's have been so great with all three of my kids. Dr. Santucci's approach is a combination of perfection and pragmatism, which we really appreciate. Every option and plan is carefully explained and we never felt rushed. Our son had an extensive over bite and required extra attention and hardware. His bite is all corrected and he has a confident smile now thanks to Dr. Santucci. read more

Santucci Orthodontics - Bag full of goodies to care for my braces!! - Orthodontists Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This place was recommended to us by another family at our school and everything they said about it is true. It's very clean, the staff is very friendly, and Dr. Santucci does a great job of explaining their evaluation and results. We never felt pressured into anything and they could not be easier to work with. I've heard horror stories regarding other orthodontists so do yourself a favor and just check this place out. read more

We've had a great experience with Santucci Orthodontics! My daughter first visited the office about four years ago, for a general orthodontic check-up of work she had done before moving to AZ. She had regular checkups until it was time to get braces about a year ago. I loved that Dr. Santucci and his staff explained very clearly what needed to be done and why, and didn't pressure us when I wanted to wait a couple of months to start the process. She just got her braces off today and we couldn't be happier with her teeth. We're confident with the work, and comfortable that any future care will be given with the same level of expertise and compassion. Great doctor, wonderful staff, and a fun and modern office environment that your child (and you : ) ) will love visiting. Highly recommend! read more

I am so thankful for Santucci Orthodontics. The staff is endearing and Dr. Santucci provides excellent care and expertise. Further, he discourages treatments that can wait or are unnecessary. I have a very high level of trust in him. Thank you! read more

Terrible experience with dr santucci. Very unprofessional in his dealings with my 12 year old daughter. My daughter made me switch orthodontists..... Nic f read more

The staff and orthodontist here are friendly and supportive, and genuinely care about their patients; I never feel like they are upselling or recommending treatment that is unnecessary. My child had an issue with strep and the doctor was very proactive to take steps to eliminate the possibility of reinfection. My son also loves "earning" geckos, which is an office reward program. Honestly, orthodontic treatment is crazy expensive no matter where you go, which makes it a bit painful (not to mention the poor kid that has to have those braces tightened), but we like Dr Santucci and his staff as much as we possibly could enjoy someone who takes so much of your money. read more

I can't say anything negative about this office!! From Dr. Santucci to his staff, you are ALWAYS welcomes with a smile and Dr. Santucci just creates beautiful results. He was so patient waiting for my son's teeth to come in before we started full braces and their office always gave us convenient after school hours, unless there was something major to be tweaked (which I understand!!). I was an orthodontic nightmare myself (actually featured in two USC textbooks back in the day)...so I did ALOT of research and visited many orthodontic office before happily deciding on Dr. Santucci!! read more

I have gone to Dr. Santucci since I started middle school. I am into my junior year of college now and had lost my retainer. We met to try and reach a solution for the shifting that occurred. He wanted another $4,000 to fix the issue. My family has spent well over $15,000 with him. He became very hostile when questioned and was aggressive. For a profession based on patient care, I did not feel cared for and am incredibly dissatisfied with the treatment I received. Find another orthodontist. read more

We have been going to Santucci for my son's braces since September. They have been wonderful in working with him. What's cool is their geckle rewards program which encourages him to take care of his teeth and braces and be on time for his appointments. It's been really effective and hopefully will help reduce our total time in braces too! read more

From the initial consultation to the monthly appointments Dr. Santucci and his staff are very dedicated to ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. The office is very clean, modern and kid friendly which helps when arriving for an appointment. The fresh baked cookies provided at each visit are very enjoyable and a nice touch. Dr. Santucci has been our orthodontist for two of our kids. He is extremely smart, kind, professional, and affordable. His entire office staff is AMAZING! Always friendly, always "on it", and all the extra stuff is incredible. They have geckles as their reward system which both of my kids love(d)! They always have fun contests and prizes. They decorate for holidays and really get into each theme. We give Santucci Orthodontics the highest reviews and praises! Check them out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Dr. Santucci and his wife are wonderful. The office atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and forgiving. My two children have been wearing braces for around two years and issues with scheduling ultimately come up especially when the kids are in school and parents are working. However, they do their best to accommodate and make it work so that the kids can get in when they need to. The staff is pleasant and professional. Most importantly, Dr. Santucci has a sincere interest in the end result and cares about each client. Even the ones that consistently resist wearing their rubber-bands! He's moderately priced compared to other ortho's in the area as I had three price quotes and he came out right in the middle. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed. read more

I love this office. My daughter had braces put on today. She and I were nervous but from the first time we met Dr. Santucci, last summer, we knew this was the place for us. I appreciate the fact that there wasn't pressure to start braces last summer (despite my daughter's disappointment). The process was very easy. Thank you Elisa for your manner. read more

We absolutely love Santucci Orthodontics and recommend them highly to anybody who is looking to improve their smile! The office is beautiful, modern, clean and very fun for kids. The staff is very professional, kind and helpful. The consultation for our son was done in a very professional manner and all of our questions were answered and there was no pushy close or selling of treatment. Dr. Santucci and his staff take their time and really make you feel you are part of their Santucci family. Our son loves going and is excited about what fun prizes he can earn at their office by doing his part because orthodontics is after all truly a joint effort. The office runs on time, which to me is respecting my time. We were also very impressed with Dr. Santucci's personal phone call follow up after treatment was started to ensure our son is doing well. As far as the two other reviews are concerned, well you can't please everybody but it certainly is not because of lack of their efforts. I just can't say enough good things and it is definitely the place for us. Truly, this office is going above and beyond to treat their patients right! read more

My wife and my son twice now have had orthodontic work performed by Dr. Santucci, so our family has spent nearly $15,000 with him. Recently my son lost his retainer while away at college, and since they did not retain his mold (surprisingly), 3 weeks passed before he could return, get impressions made, and receive his new retainer. During this time, some movement in his lower teeth occurred. Dr. Santucci first suggested Invisalign at $4000, and after we were hesitant to proceed, he offered us the option to spend another $2000 for bands and wires followed again by a removable retainer. Although my son is clearly responsible for the lost retainer, we still hoped for some reasonable understanding, since the teeth were not solidly in place and were rapidly moving even before the retainer was lost. When I came in to discuss this with Dr. Santucci, to first see what alternative approaches we could undertake that would eliminate the continuing movement such as a permanent wired-in retainer, he became defensive, angry, and threatening. He also stated this was all because my son was not wearing the retainer. Despite him saying that, whenever his mother or I called in during the course of his treatment to check on his progress, we were always given assurances that everything was "perfect". We never received any complaints about non-compliance, poor hygiene, or anything negative, and we know that the retainer was being worn as directed. Dr. Santucci's anger caught me by surprise, was very unprofessional, and it was obvious he is insecure, does not like to be questioned, and is convinced there is no way but his way to approach this. His emphasis is not about the patient or the ultimate result, but about power, his ego, and the maximum amount of money he can collect. We never expected anything for free, but it seems to me that some understanding and an explanation, a willingness to work together for a successful result, and basic courtesy would not be too much to ask. Since I am a physician and health care provider, I find such behavior toward any patient unacceptable, and it forces me to write this review so others carefully examine this orthodontist before engaging his services. Since his manner was not normal, prospective patients should be very cautious to avoid being harmed. Michael Reisman, MD read more

Dr. Santucci and his staff are WONDERFUL! Very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. In the past 5 years, two of our children have completed their braces (one with traditional metal and the other with Invisalign Teen) both with spectacular results!! Our younger son will be starting braces in a few months and is looking forward to it - now that's a great orthodontist :) Additionally, Dr. Santucci consulted with us when a pediatric dentist was recommending extractions for one of our younger children. We were concerned that doing so might cause future orthodontic problems. He took the time to explain what was going on in our child's mouth and what we could expect down the road so that we could make an informed decision (we chose to not have the teeth extracted and everything turned out fine for that child). We highly recommend Santucci Orthodontics to all our friends and family! read more

Absolutely love everything about this place. The establishment, the staff, the doctor, everything. I went for adult braces after being referred by my dentist, Dr. Blazer and was not disappointed in the least. Elisa (sp) was my tech throughout the whole thing and she is phenomenal! Meredith handled financing and she is absolutely amazing. Angie was always a smiling friendly face to see, as well. They are a wonderful team. I will recommend and refer them to everyone, adults and kids. I'm incredibly happy with my results, too. Thank you for being so awesome, guys! read more

Cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. The staff is kind, considerate and always professional. Dr. Santucci goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you or your child gets the best quality of care. They truly care about you and/or your child's well being. Simply wonderful. read more

My 8 yr old daughter needed an Ortho eval and I was nervous about her having braces too soon. That seems to be the trend right now with 7-9 yr olds getting braces. Although I'm sure it is sometimes necessary, due to alignment and bite issues, I also don't want to be a part of an unnecessary "fad". Dr. Santucci was VERY thorough. I was extremely impressed with him explaining everything he was observing, why, what it means, etc. I really appreciated his "conservative" opinion and suggesting that we wait 2-3 years for her mouth to grow more, when braces will be more beneficial long term. He also suggested that she has another eval in 1 year to see how her mouth is looking. He does not charge for the evaluation and does not make you feel rushed or that you are wasting his time. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Santucci!!!! read more
