Portable toilets are bad. They can do better than that. The rest of the place is new and clean but the only bathroom are nasty porta pots.

1 Star This was one…read moreof the most frustrating and concerning pharmacy experiences we've ever had. The staff was unhelpful and provided incorrect information--something that should never happen when people are relying on medication for their health. We contacted this pharmacy several days in advance to transfer my wife's prescription from our home pharmacy. What should have been a routine, straightforward process turned into unnecessary resistance and delays. The issue occurred on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, between approximately 6:00-9:00 PM, with the pharmacist working during that time. She was dismissive, unwilling to assist, and cited "policy" reasons that later proved to be false. To verify, we contacted another pharmacy, which completed the transfer without any issue and explicitly stated that the information we were given previously was inaccurate. This strongly suggested that the problem was not policy, but a lack of professionalism or willingness to help. Given the importance of reliability and clear communication in healthcare, this experience was concerning. We hope management reviews this interaction to ensure accurate information and consistent service standards going forward. When a pharmacy mishandles situations involving essential medication, it undermines trust and puts patients at risk. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

This place is no different…read more In two different locations throughout the store here, I heard two different Walmart managers talk in a condescending tone to two different employees In completely different areas in the store (so the incidents were not related). The one great thing I have to say about this store is the auto center. Everybody there always seems to be teamed up and customer focused and always quality work. So really much appreciated there. If I was only reviewing the auto center I would have easily given this review four (or maybe better) Stars.

He slowly began to gather a bunch of carts, got them hooked up, he turns around and makes eye contact with me through the windshield and then slowly turns back to the corral to get more carts. We waited for him the second time around and then he turns around again and I'm like NOPE! Not today, I honked at him to move, how RUDE!!

This is the bargain version of Ralph's, both are part of Kroger. They sometimes have the same items…read moreon sale as Ralph's, but with a 10% or so lower price. You also don't have nearly the selection, because this is set up more like a club store. Best thing in the store is the bakery section, especially the cakes. Their cakes are made with cool whip frosting, instead of normal frosting. For me, that's a plus because I'm not a fan of frosting. Their fancy bistro bar cakes are delicious, the mango being my favorite. They are a more gourmet cake, with things like jam layers and chocolate curls. Be advised, the cakes have been frozen, so give them time to thaw potentially, before you are going to serve them. They have a huge selection of cakes, cupcakes, bread, pastry, etc. The cornbread here is $1 cheaper than Ralph's. The only things I buy are ad items, that are cheaper than everywhere else. The rest of my shopping is done at Vons, primarily. This location caters primarily to the Latino community, so emphasis is placed on things like Mexican soda, beers, and basic staples like beans and rice. I don't mind bagging my own groceries, because I can control what goes where (so stuff doesn't get smashed). The major letdown is the parking lot, which is a nightmare. Parking, getting in & out, avoiding obnoxious drivers & wandering pedestrians, and the laundry crowd all make it a hair-raising experience. The only time it's a little easier seems to be Saturday night, because everybody must be partying. Can you get some great deals? Yes, but it's going to take some work. And a stop at another market for the rest of your stuff. Just sayin.

While there are closer stores I could shop at, I religiously travel the distance to shop at the Indio location. Great prices, clean store, AMAZING wide aisles where we could have drag races with our carts if we wanted. LOVE the deli, sushi & pizza! But...what I love THE MOST? The employees. From the Dope AF guy in the deli that knows our order, the amazing employees who always give their time to help with questions and those amazing cashiers. In today's society where we're getting more & more disconnected from one another I think the biggest thing this company & store gives is that nostalgic, hometown, community vibe and that's not an easy achievement for such a large store - but they do! This store makes grocery shopping a more enjoyable experience! Well done to everyone who works at this location & thank you for being in the Coachella Valley!

The selection of veggies and fruits is unbeatable, as well as the selection of *most* things. The prices, oh the prices, if only we can get these prices in LA. I can't recall anything being more expensive than a Ralph's, Vons or Smart & Final. The only section that could be better as far as selection is alcohol. Don't expect super high-end stuff. But it's a *decent* selection nonetheless. Service - be patient; you're saving money because they save money by not hiring as many people as they should. Also you must bag your groceries. This presents a bit of a challenge for folks like me who are disabled (I can stand but am a fall hazard). Ambiance - um it's a generic grocery store. Don't expect bachata music to dance to while you pick the spiciest peppers. 5 stars for selection and prices 3-4 stars for service (still better than your avg Ralphs!)

Inventory can move pretty quickly, especially on the grocery side. They do their best to keep things stocked, but sometimes they can't keep up due to the sheer volume of sales. With that said, they move a lot of people through, but it rarely feels overly crowded. I come here for the same reason many others do. They often have the lowest prices around. The store is kept neat and clean, and the employees are very helpful when approached. Check out can be hit or miss. Sometimes you have to wait in a line and other times you can walk right up. The wait is sometimes caused by closed stations. They are good about always having an employee in the self checkout area to help if needed.
