The staff was unhelpful and provided incorrect information--something that should never happen when people are relying on medication for their health. We contacted this pharmacy several days in advance to transfer my wife's prescription from our home pharmacy. What should have been a routine, straightforward process turned into unnecessary resistance and delays. The issue occurred on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, between approximately 6:00-9:00 PM, with the pharmacist working during that time. She was dismissive, unwilling to assist, and cited "policy" reasons that later proved to be false. To verify, we contacted another pharmacy, which completed the transfer without any issue and explicitly stated that the information we were given previously was inaccurate. This strongly suggested that the problem was not policy, but a lack of professionalism or willingness to help. Given the importance of reliability and clear communication in healthcare, this experience was concerning. We hope management reviews this interaction to ensure accurate information and consistent service standards going forward. When a pharmacy mishandles situations involving essential medication, it undermines trust and puts patients at risk. Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct on 05/13/2026 at Approximately 5:30PM Dear Customer Service, I am writing to report an incident I experienced with one of your cashiers on 05/13/2026 at approximately 5:45 PM. The employee was extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful toward me in front of my children and other customers. The situation began when my son asked for a bag, and the cashier appeared to ignore him. I then told my son, "By this time they're already ignoring you." The cashier immediately responded, "Who's ignoring you?" even though she had clearly seen my son asking for help. I explained that my son had approached both her and another employee, but the other employee was already assisting someone else. Instead of simply helping us, she continued speaking in a condescending manner, mentioning that she had "6 brothers and nephews" and telling my son that "patience is a virtue." It felt unnecessary and disrespectful, as though she was implying that we were being impatient. I then asked for a bag and my online order. She requested the last four digits of my order number "to prevent theft," which I provided. However, she never gave me the receipt for my online order. Instead, she continued escalating the situation and discussing my comments with another employee who approached the counter. At that point, her behavior became even more aggressive. She became loud, made faces at me in front of other customers, and called me "crazy," saying that I "looked crazy." I then asked for her name, and she stated her name was "Ashley" and claimed she was the manager. She continued laughing, making faces, and acting aggressively in front of my children. I have never experienced this level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior at your establishment before. I later spoke with another employee, who remained calm and professional throughout the situation. He informed me that the cashier's actual name is Tamara. I also have a video of the incident that I would like to provide if needed for your investigation. I would also like to add that this employee's behavior created a very uncomfortable and hostile environment for me and my children. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or provide customer service professionally, she continued provoking the interaction by raising her voice, making inappropriate comments, laughing, and making facial expressions toward me in front of other customers. I believe customer concerns should be handled respectfully, especially when children are present. The way this situation was handled reflected very poorly on the store's professionalism and customer service standards. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future. read more

Do yourself a favor and go to any pharmacy but this one. They filled an injectable med for me But gave me nothing to pull it from the bottle with or to inject it with. Needles ledge hung up for at least a week waiting on insurance approval for an $11 charge I said I would just pay out of pocket. Thru didn't have one or my meds ready still a week later and I just had to wait another thirty minutes for the needles they still had not filled after I don't know a week to 10 days. This pharmacy doesn't not use common sense and are highly incompetent. I went through this same nonsense two years ago with my last round of ivf. Also couldn't get alcohol wipes filled even though I have an injectable med. Will be my third trip to fill one order of progesterone. Over this CVS is an understatement. read more

Says it would be ready at 7PM (what!)....at 7PM...wasn't ready....ended up picking it up at 1PM Saturday....when I arrived it was certainly busy...BUT...the guy who was ringing me up was trying to help me and three others and it ended up taking a loooooong time. 2023 downgrade. It's been 10 years since I've last reviewed this CVS. Unfortunately, for most of these 10 years, I've kept using CVS as my primary prescription pickup place. It wasn't until recently that I realized that CVS has been ripping me off, ripping all of us off. These days, you have to use online coupons here to get reasonably priced medication. Of course they don't tell you that. A coupon is the difference between $90 for a prescription vs. $500 for the exact same prescription. I've found better deals at Vons and Walmart, so you really need to shop around. This location, in particular, has gone so far downhill that pretty much everything is locked down because of theft. That may be times we live in, but when you need a $3 item and there is nobody to help unlock something, it's infuriating. tip- If their system states that an item is stock but you can't find it, try looking around the same area in the wrong spot. I've been coming to this CVS for a couple of years now because it's so close to my house. They are always busy. My doctor sent in a prescription yesterday. I called twice yesterday to make sure that they received it and they said yes. It would be ready in an hour. I decided to wait until today to pick it up. I did call this morning prior to getting it and they said it was ready. So I go to get it and they could not find one of my prescription. How can you not find it?! I don't understand. I gave them plenty of time to make sure it was done. The tech told me that it was ready but they just couldn't find it!!!! Wtf????!!!! This CVS is very unorganized. It's absolutely the worse. It was just always a huge cluster at all hours of the day, the mobile pickup line was super disorganized and they rarely answer the phone. I now go to a small family-owned pharmacy and it has made all the difference. CVS as a whole has just gone so downhill. This review is for the Minute Clinic inside the CVS- not the actual store. My two star review for the store still stands. I needed a sports physical for my oldest son and Minute Clinic does them! Easy. I made an appointment online, confirmation text was received...all set! Upon arrival, we checked in via their kiosk and just waited. We were early so our wait was longer than expected but that's not the provider's fault. We were called in at our appointment time. Andrea (NP) was simply wonderful with my son. Very chatty and funny which made him feel at ease. The appointment took about 20 minutes, paperwork signed, payment processed and out the door! Their usual price is $69 for a sports physical but at the time of the visit, it was $44. I think the discount price is until the middle of September, maybe until the end of September. 5 stars for Minute Clinic! read more

The new CVS phone system for the pharmacy makes it impossible to speak with one. Requested a call back and that feature isn't even working. Obviously, CVS understaffs all of their locations to push vaccines versus filling prescriptions. I don't blame the employees just their corporate overlords. They have plenty of money to have sufficient staffing, but choose instead to cut labor costs by overworking their employees. CVS cares nothing about patient care only profits and wastes patients' time so they don't have to be fully staffed. Developed 35mm film through CVS Photo back in May. I sent in two rolls of film, and one of the CDs I received had someone else's photos on it. I drove back and told a lady at the front who said "Do you NEED the CD?" Yes, I paid for it! She took down my information and said I would receive a call when they remedy the problem. I never received a call. Sent in film 2 weeks ago, just picked it up tonight. Someone else's photos are on the CD again, not mine. Fool me twice, shame on me. UPDATE: After my visit to Steven, so called NP, at CVS, he said I was TB positive with 12mm. He was ridiculously careless with his measurement. I went to another CVS and measure negative within 72 hours in accordance with CDC. There was 21.5% error rate with his measurement based on my digital caliper reading and 20% error rate with the other reading, it is incredible high error rate in working metric system with mm. I strongly suggest, if you value your time, money and your health most importantly, make sure to be seen by a professional, which is NOT Steven NP. I believe he is incompetent in his measurement. read more

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They need corporate to do a unplanned visit. Literally standing in line currently with ONE person at the window and we are TWELVE CUSTOMERS deep in line!!!! Came yesterday to fill a prescription that was on hold by my normal cvs pharmacy (2427 e. Valley parkway) pharmacist here told me there was no quantity on the medication AND it was for an inhaler. No..... my normal pharmacist told me the quantity, dose, and frequency for my albuterol sulfate before I even drove across town. Basically this pharmacist called me a liar and then said he'd need to call my doctor to clarify. EVEN though I pulled the prescription up on my cvs dashboard showing all the information he needed. I called my doctor and she said she'd call him immediately. Then proceeded to still wait 2hrs for them to fill it just for it to be almost triple the cost I was told on my dashboard so I ended up having to leave without my medication after wasting all that time. I hate this pharmacy it's only benefit is it's 24hr. Avoid unless it's emergency or your normal cvs is out of stock. read more
