    CVS has been trying to be the local place for your pharmacy needs. Prices tend to reasonable, but, with the Rewards App you can easily find coupons that will give you a better deal. Merchandise selection are good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Using the Self Checkout is a breeze. Parking has narrow stalls.

    Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct on 05/13/2026 at Approximately 5:30PM Dear Customer Service, I am writing to report an incident I experienced with one of your cashiers on 05/13/2026 at approximately 5:45 PM. The employee was extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and disrespectful toward me in front of my children and other customers. The situation began when my son asked for a bag, and the cashier appeared to ignore him. I then told my son, "By this time they're already ignoring you." The cashier immediately responded, "Who's ignoring you?" even though she had clearly seen my son asking for help. I explained that my son had approached both her and another employee, but the other employee was already assisting someone else. Instead of simply helping us, she continued speaking in a condescending manner, mentioning that she had "6 brothers and nephews" and telling my son that "patience is a virtue." It felt unnecessary and disrespectful, as though she was implying that we were being impatient. I then asked for a bag and my online order. She requested the last four digits of my order number "to prevent theft," which I provided. However, she never gave me the receipt for my online order. Instead, she continued escalating the situation and discussing my comments with another employee who approached the counter. At that point, her behavior became even more aggressive. She became loud, made faces at me in front of other customers, and called me "crazy," saying that I "looked crazy." I then asked for her name, and she stated her name was "Ashley" and claimed she was the manager. She continued laughing, making faces, and acting aggressively in front of my children. I have never experienced this level of disrespect and unprofessional behavior at your establishment before. I later spoke with another employee, who remained calm and professional throughout the situation. He informed me that the cashier's actual name is Tamara. I also have a video of the incident that I would like to provide if needed for your investigation. I would also like to add that this employee's behavior created a very uncomfortable and hostile environment for me and my children. Instead of attempting to de-escalate the situation or provide customer service professionally, she continued provoking the interaction by raising her voice, making inappropriate comments, laughing, and making facial expressions toward me in front of other customers. I believe customer concerns should be handled respectfully, especially when children are present. The way this situation was handled reflected very poorly on the store's professionalism and customer service standards. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to prevent other customers from experiencing similar treatment in the future.

    Always crowded, chronically understaffed peppered with undesirables. The pharmacy constantly is trying to push "vaccines" on people, despite being told "no thank you" on numerous occasions. Front end staff have shown signs of embarrassment when asked "why do you guys keep asking me this?" Not their fault I suppose. After my last visit I finally pulled the trigger and moved my script fulfillment needs to a local pharmacy.

    Had my prescription sent here on Friday. Says it would be ready at 7PM (what!)....at 7PM...wasn't ready....ended up picking it up at 1PM Saturday....when I arrived it was certainly busy...BUT...the guy who was ringing me up was trying to help me and three others and it ended up taking a loooooong time. If he would have helped us each individually it would have gone so much faster. What a mess that area is in the store. It's not that hard people....very disappointing. I will not use them after this latest debacle.

    2023 downgrade. It's been 10 years since I've last reviewed this CVS. Unfortunately, for most of these 10 years, I've kept using CVS as my primary prescription pickup place. It wasn't until recently that I realized that CVS has been ripping me off, ripping all of us off. These days, you have to use online coupons here to get reasonably priced medication. Of course they don't tell you that. A coupon is the difference between $90 for a prescription vs. $500 for the exact same prescription. I've found better deals at Vons and Walmart, so you really need to shop around. This location, in particular, has gone so far downhill that pretty much everything is locked down because of theft. That may be times we live in, but when you need a $3 item and there is nobody to help unlock something, it's infuriating. tip- If their system states that an item is stock but you can't find it, try looking around the same area in the wrong spot. This is another issue I've had with this place.

    CRAZY and I must post for the safety and well being of our community! I was prescribed a brand…read moremedication b/c I am allergic to the preservatives contained in the generic. Active ingredients are the same but the generic has preservatives that can land me in a hospital and near death. The prescription from the Dr had dispense as written (DAW) / do not substitute. The pharmacist filled with the generic. I explained that the script had a DAW b/c of my severe allergy and I needed the brand. They apologized and reverted to the brand. Next time they filled it again with the generic even tho it had a DAW. This time I was furious. Twice they could have literally killed me. And the pharmacist had the nerve to say that it is not the pharmacist but that corporate implemented a system that fills with the cheapest medication. I explained that I work in the biz and the pharmacist is required to verify the medication with the script before filling and after filling. The pharmacist argued and said the system does it and it is outside of their control and that the active ingredient is the same so there should be no concern. Well - the concern is the preservatives that are in the generic but NOT in the brand. Can you believe this - i am arguing with the pharmacist about the ingredients after working thru this with my dr already???? What is the point of having a pharmacist if the system does what the system is programmed to do? What about medication safety? There is no accountability and no responsibility. This is like me saying I am behind the wheel of a self driving car and when it crashes it is the car and not me. How and why would I not take control of a car if it is going to crash and I have the ability to mitigate a crash. I am flabbergasted. If CVS has no safety controls why would I continue with this pharmacy? I am switching pharmacies. If you prefer to stay with this pharmacy please understand what your Dr is prescribing and check your scripts to avoid safety concerns. Do not be afraid to stand up for yourself. Know the risks with this location. I no longer trust this location - risks are too high for me. CVS has lost me as a customer - period! I will look for a different prescription fulfillment company for my own peace of mind. Costco is around the corner and I am sure I can find others.

    I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over14 years. In fact had given a raving review a few…read moreyears ago. But they got a new Pharmacists Jill, who not only lies, but cares very little for clients. After a year and a half working off getting off Oxi that a local n pain doctor kept me on, As of March been on Norco. I pick up every month, except the last 2 I had friends do it as I live in Valley Center. But I was in , and spoke to Jill in June, May etc. No one ever brought up that they would only do through pain mgnt until they put a note on my meds I had picked up for me and couldn't call right away as Mercy v Care is closed Sat - Monday due to holiday. Jill and mercy care had months to warn me to look into a new pain dr. But says "She can't tell everyone all at once" a total cop out . Could've put a note last month, then I would've been ok if they'd given me 2 or 3 months to work it out. Especially since we are moving asap out of state. This is irresponsible and they should be sued for these horrible responses and actions. All they needed to do is give people time to fix or find a solution. Not lie saying you spoke to me when I'd swear on every Bible and over my cats n husband THEY NEVER SAID A WORD ABOUT AN ISSUE AND NOW I HAVE TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR, NEW PHARMACY IN LESS THAN 3 WEEKS. THEY RUINED MY TRUST . DON'T RISK IT THERE.

I have complained twice and I have not seen an improvement. I worked in pharmacy for 30 plus years and customer service should be their number one goal.
