Nasty vibe I had from the lady at the front here. I don't recommend if you want to be treated with respect

1 Star This was one…read moreof the most frustrating and concerning pharmacy experiences we've ever had. The staff was unhelpful and provided incorrect information--something that should never happen when people are relying on medication for their health. We contacted this pharmacy several days in advance to transfer my wife's prescription from our home pharmacy. What should have been a routine, straightforward process turned into unnecessary resistance and delays. The issue occurred on Sunday, December 28th, 2025, between approximately 6:00-9:00 PM, with the pharmacist working during that time. She was dismissive, unwilling to assist, and cited "policy" reasons that later proved to be false. To verify, we contacted another pharmacy, which completed the transfer without any issue and explicitly stated that the information we were given previously was inaccurate. This strongly suggested that the problem was not policy, but a lack of professionalism or willingness to help. Given the importance of reliability and clear communication in healthcare, this experience was concerning. We hope management reviews this interaction to ensure accurate information and consistent service standards going forward. When a pharmacy mishandles situations involving essential medication, it undermines trust and puts patients at risk. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location and taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

CRAZY and I must post for the safety and well being of our community! I was prescribed a brand…read moremedication b/c I am allergic to the preservatives contained in the generic. Active ingredients are the same but the generic has preservatives that can land me in a hospital and near death. The prescription from the Dr had dispense as written (DAW) / do not substitute. The pharmacist filled with the generic. I explained that the script had a DAW b/c of my severe allergy and I needed the brand. They apologized and reverted to the brand. Next time they filled it again with the generic even tho it had a DAW. This time I was furious. Twice they could have literally killed me. And the pharmacist had the nerve to say that it is not the pharmacist but that corporate implemented a system that fills with the cheapest medication. I explained that I work in the biz and the pharmacist is required to verify the medication with the script before filling and after filling. The pharmacist argued and said the system does it and it is outside of their control and that the active ingredient is the same so there should be no concern. Well - the concern is the preservatives that are in the generic but NOT in the brand. Can you believe this - i am arguing with the pharmacist about the ingredients after working thru this with my dr already???? What is the point of having a pharmacist if the system does what the system is programmed to do? What about medication safety? There is no accountability and no responsibility. This is like me saying I am behind the wheel of a self driving car and when it crashes it is the car and not me. How and why would I not take control of a car if it is going to crash and I have the ability to mitigate a crash. I am flabbergasted. If CVS has no safety controls why would I continue with this pharmacy? I am switching pharmacies. If you prefer to stay with this pharmacy please understand what your Dr is prescribing and check your scripts to avoid safety concerns. Do not be afraid to stand up for yourself. Know the risks with this location. I no longer trust this location - risks are too high for me. CVS has lost me as a customer - period! I will look for a different prescription fulfillment company for my own peace of mind. Costco is around the corner and I am sure I can find others.

We pressed the button for help and she walked up and said next time don't press the button when I'm walking up in a rude tone and visibly upset. I said to her why did you say that ? We didn't know . She lied and said she told us she was on her way when we asked. Mind you she wasn't walking up when we left her and i didn't know she would be the one to help I don't work here and figured she was just stocking . Once again don't work here don't know how everything's handled. She claimed she said she was in her way but that was a lie. she became argumentative and kept lieing about what she said. I asked for her name or the manager and she gave us the silent treatment at that point. Mind you I got Sudafed right before this the same way by pressing the button and having an employee help and that woman was extremely nice and helpful. Noemi needs to check her attitude. When you work in customer service you should be nice and attentive not rude and overbearing for no particular reason. I spoke with the manager and he didn't seem to care at all and was reluctant to give us her name. I'll be contacting the corporate office because this was completely uncalled for.

It's a drug store, with a full service pharmacy. The pharmacy is where is have they most…read moreinteractions. Let me tell tell you, they are a BUSY operation! And they are doing their best. Due to that, customer service lacks. If your insurance has a problem, the refill is or fill is canceled, or delayed: no call. The app is updated and it's super hard to get someone AT THE STORE, calls go to central Call center who have no idea. So pro tip - go inside, plan for 30-40 mins, and talk it out with them. And the pharmacist is on lunch for 30mins between 1p and 2p, so plan accordingly. This is a management issue, not supplying enough staff for this very busy location. The staff, very nice. And no one is intending to be rude or cause issue, they literally only have time to touch each script one time.. I also got my recent vaccines there. I wasn't sure what to expect. It was surprisingly great!! The appointment was exactly on time. The pharmacist explained everything to me, she was very clear, understood my allergic reactions and made sure I understood what the possible side effects. They really surprised me and went above and beyond for that service. The most important thing, is to have realistic expectations here. The interior of the store is well laid out, and in reality I visit the cosmetics section, which has a lovely drug store selection. So. Go here. But. Plan. Have extra time. Bring patience. And talk to the pharmacy in person.

I came in today Wednesday and they tell me that the medication was discontinued. First off if it's discontinued how can you place an order Monday? Second how can you place an order on a discontinued item that is "on the way" on Tuesday? Hmmm this is not making much sense. Third the doctor sent the prescription last Tuesday and it took a week for you to place the order? I had enough medication last week to last him a few days and now I'm completely out because of incompetence on the pharmacy staff.
