I love working with this pharmacy. Ms. Gisu always helps me in the best way, she's very responsive, and she always follows up.

No communication with patients. No communication with doctors. Zero follow up. I understand that a patient has to take control of their own care but this place makes it hard for the patient to do so. I once called to get clarification on a medication and the pharmacist suggested I google it. I requested a refill which required they reach out to the doctor. They sent it electronically once. Do yourself a favor if you're actually dependent on your medication avoid them. As soon as I can find a way to I am out. read more

As a pharmacist, I have a good idea about how a pharmacy should be run, and this isn't it. They were disorganized at my first (and last) visit. I had previously called and was told that the medication was ready for pickup. When I went in to pick up, I was told that they did not have any prescriptions for me. I asked them to keep looking and they finally found it. However, it was the wrong quantity. After about 15 minutes, they finally got it straightened out. And this was handled by the pharmacy manager, not some inexperienced person. read more

My son has a prescription that can only be filled by this pharmacy. Unfortunately once a month I have to drive 30 minutes north to pick up his meds. They do offer shipping but I would have to do too much to make the money for that (LOL). The ladies are good for calling me to ask if I need a refill and 99% of the time his refill is available within 1-2 days. read more

This is a tiny Pharmacy and snack bar located on the first floor of the Citracado Medical Building. The Snack Bar, or should I say aisle is basically a bunch of Costco items for sale ( small bags of chips and candy bars). They do have some breakfast pastries and a cooler full of soda and energy drinks. Other items of note include Sting Cheese and what appears to be home made sandwiches wrapped in saran wrap. read more

Felicita Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever experienced, They fill my prescriptions super fast and always take the time to call my doctors or insurance company if there are any issues. I have never had any issues with getting prescriptions filled. I am diabetic and always need insulin and they always have it ready and available for me. Its so nice to have a pharmacy that understands the urgency of my needs and that is so friendly. read more

I have used Felicita Pharmacy for years now. They are always friendly, personable and go above and beyond to ensure the best service. They will get on the phone to call insurance companies, other pharmacies, Dr, etc so I don't have to. This is a tremendous help with hard to approve prescriptions Because they are small the atmosphere is one where you are treated like family and can chat for awhile. If you are looking for that small town pharmacy feel, this place is for you! They remember your name, get to know your kids, and give you that one on one service that you don't get from your big box stores. You can call and check prescriptions, they will transfer them, add stoppers to your liquid meds, much better syringes then other places, and they will even bring out the meds to your car if you can't come in! read more

I normally don't do reviews but this was is definitely needed, my son is a special needs child and I have gone though a couple different pharmacies to try to get a special authorization so that the insurance would cover it. I have been paying out of pocket for almost a year now. I decided to give Felicita a try, Iris is the lady I have been working with and in 3 weeks of going back and forth with the Dr. and the insurance She called me with amazing news that it's finally approved. She went above and beyond just to help me get this medication covered and I truly can't thank her enough. Ok, so let's set aside the fact that they are nice, helpful & have good communication. Most importantly is that they rock at getting me the best price on my prescriptions. At CVS I paid $80 more for the same prescription with the same insurance. These guys will mail prescriptions too plus they are a local business so it's great to support them over the chains. This pharmacy is truly a rare find in this crazy, impersonable, hectic environment. I left the major chains about 4 year ago and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent, no long waits for prescriptions, and knowedgeability of staff. The greatest plus, however, is the attentive kindness and caring of Gina and Amira, who always make me feel as if I am the only customer in the world whe I am there.
