They said that Estoril was on the banned list. My Dr changed to just Estradiol. Well it wasn't working for me at all. My Dr asked me to get the mixture they had been giving me so he can come up with something else and do the research. Drugco fought me on giving me the mixture, mind you it is not a proprietary blend. The only reason My Dr couldn't' look it up is they were part of the Palomar Hack and couldn't get into old records. I explained this and they kept saying NO. I finally said don't make me be one of those that go viral. I have a right to know what you were making and I was putting into my body, regardless of my Dr. asking. Finally they called the owner. Then another guy came up and wrote down the mix. Turns out he wrote down something that wasn't true. I switched to another pharmacy, and guess what Estoril is NOT banned. That pharmacy even sent me the FDA Banned list and Tuesday of next week I will have WHAT WAS WORKING for me. From the new Pharmacy: The percentage of the Biest 2.5mg Drugco told you was wrong. You can't mix it the way they told you. You have two choices. I called the Dr. as their computers are back up and It's 80% Estriol-2mg and 20% Estradiol-0.5mg. I will have them ready on Tuesday for you. They put my health at risk, for what? Not enough profit. You lied to me about it being banned and then lied about the %'s Heck my benefits don't even pay for this. I pay out of pocket and it is not cheap. When it was my turn, finally, a woman called me to the counter. But then she immediately DISAPPEARED! When she returned several minutes later, she started helping the customer next to me. Meantime, not one but two customers BEHIND me in line were already served at another register! When she told me to "hold on" I told her that she already walked away while the other customers were served. That's when a THIRD person went to the other register. At that point I said that the cashier at that register should be serving ME, not the other customer because that customer was THREE places behind me. When the woman started making weird excuses, I overpowered what she was saying, telling her that I'm not gonna put up with her nonsense and mistreatment. I got my message across because she told the other worker to come help me instead, which he did. I think the reason why is because she didn't know what she was doing. Monello (not sure the spelling) was the guy that helped me. He went through the entire process like he was on steroids! He guided me on the screen inputs and then did the rest tapping all the stuff that has to be entered, rang me up, and I was finished before I even KNEW I was finished! So, you probably already figured out how I arrived at my rating. That's right. The offensive treatment by the women server immediately dropped it to the minimum - one star. But when Manello took over, his service was outstanding which drove it up a notch!

Discovered recently that they've replaced their phone system with a virtual assistant. There is no way in the phone loop to reach an actual human being. Take your money and prescription pretty much anywhere else and you'll have a better experience. This place embodies the essence of "enshitification"; their services have degraded to the point of absurdity.

Associate Veronica was abrupt and needs more training in guest service. I approached her register to check out and she seemed to not be having a good day or she wasn't wanting to be bothered. The service I received was more like the please hurry up so I can get back to what I was originally doing. When she asked if I needed a receipt I politely said no and I was about to press the renew my membership for 5 dollars that was prompted on the screen when she became visibly agitated and and said press the red button twice. This was a missed opportunity to gain back a member. Moving forward can proper training be given to team members and for those who aren't guest friendly please not be put on a register.

My husband is disabled & two weeks ago I took him to his doctor at Scripps Clinic. They ordered some special medication for him & said they sent it to our CVS pharmacy. For two weeks we've been getting the run around, with all kinds of excuses from the doctor's office to the pharmacy. Bottom line is we STILL don't have the medication. I called Casey today for the first time & he found the medication on Amazon!! The medication will be here on Thursday. This pharmacist went above & beyond.
