They never have enough staff working to handle the volume of customers they have. It is so…read morefrustrating when you are sick or have someone who is sick and you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to drop off or pick up. Multiple times our doctor has called in a prescription and we go to pick it up the next day and it still isn't ready or we've used the app to order a prescription and set the date and time of pick up (allowing sufficient time) and they don't have that ready either. How in the world!? Perhaps if the pharmacists weren't over worked they would be better at their jobs. They are not friendly or helpful. The reason this place has 2 stars is because Walgreens has an app that allows you to refill and because they have a drive thru. When you're sick you do not want to crawl inside. However the second lane of the drive thru doesn't work and they have no sign to indicate that. They let you drive up and wait forever before they let you know you have to get in line at the back of lane 1. GRRRRRRR!

But I was in , and spoke to Jill in June, May etc. No one ever brought up that they would only do through pain mgnt until they put a note on my meds I had picked up for me and couldn't call right away as Mercy v Care is closed Sat - Monday due to holiday. Jill and mercy care had months to warn me to look into a new pain dr. But says "She can't tell everyone all at once" a total cop out . Could've put a note last month, then I would've been ok if they'd given me 2 or 3 months to work it out. Especially since we are moving asap out of state. This is irresponsible and they should be sued for these horrible responses and actions. All they needed to do is give people time to fix or find a solution.
