I wasted my sick time for nothing. What made the experience even more frustrating was that they called in patients who had later appointment times while others had been waiting for over two hours. At one point, a patient insisted on being seen first, and the NP accommodated her instead of helping those who had been waiting much longer. The scheduling and patient flow seemed very disorganized, and the experience was disappointing. I do not recommend.

This is a top-notch Target store located in the mall in Escondido, CA…read more Whenever we are in the area for the Del Mar Fair (aka the San Diego County Fair), or to see our friends in Fallbrook, or to see our friends in Ramon, we frequent this spot. It's a three-story store with entrances to the mall. And the cool escalators that let you take your cart up or down levels with a cart-moving lane on each side of each escalator. There are also elevators but that's less exciting. Check the signs to see which level you're going to need for the products you're looking for. The most recent stop we just bought three smaller Lego sets. My wife built one of them on our way to a brunch date. On the ground level there is a Starbucks open for snacks and drinks. This store has self-checkout, too, so checking out and paying for your stuff is a breeze. There are regular registers with friendly employees to help you out otherwise. Can't go wrong. Great deals and quick service. Check this Target out when you're in Escondido.

"You want me to touch a keypad?" "Yeah." "Are you serious?" "Yeah, everyone's doin' it." "No way, man." I laughed in his 25 year old face and he entered my number in the computer himself. Why was this verification Procedure not refined in January? Why did the sanitizer station resemble a Bangkok public park restroom, and not IR touchless? Why was this new guy not wearing a mask and gloves like the other completely reliable and experienced staff there? Walgreens pharmacy is still a far better deal than Wall-Mart, but Wall-Mart did not make these sanitation mistakes, so a choice must be made.
