This 7/11 is decently clean and well-stocked. My main focus was the Icee machines though. They had all the default flavors, cola, blue raspberry, cherry, Pina colada, and a fun Strawberry nerds flavor. I got a small and mixed the cola and cherry flavors. It was ~$2 and hit the spot. No notes!

The drink station was fairly clean with all the prices for the different sizes clearly listed on the machine. Only thing that confused me a little was the slurpee cup sizing beyond a small, and they seemed to only have XL length straws, which looked a little silly but still functional. Good variety of flavors as well, with classic blue raspberry and coke and then 3 more special flavors. The staff were all very friendly.

When it was my turn, finally, a woman called me to the counter. But then she immediately DISAPPEARED! When she returned several minutes later, she started helping the customer next to me. Meantime, not one but two customers BEHIND me in line were already served at another register! When she told me to "hold on" I told her that she already walked away while the other customers were served. That's when a THIRD person went to the other register. At that point I said that the cashier at that register should be serving ME, not the other customer because that customer was THREE places behind me. When the woman started making weird excuses, I overpowered what she was saying, telling her that I'm not gonna put up with her nonsense and mistreatment. I got my message across because she told the other worker to come help me instead, which he did. I think the reason why is because she didn't know what she was doing. Monello (not sure the spelling) was the guy that helped me. He went through the entire process like he was on steroids! He guided me on the screen inputs and then did the rest tapping all the stuff that has to be entered, rang me up, and I was finished before I even KNEW I was finished! So, you probably already figured out how I arrived at my rating. That's right. The offensive treatment by the women server immediately dropped it to the minimum - one star. But when Manello took over, his service was outstanding which drove it up a notch!

I did have several items but I never get plastic bags and I didn't ask. She didn't ask if I wanted one and then was asking me to pay for the bags. Simple, I just took the items out of the bag. Plus, I was paying with EBT so I should not have been charged for the bags. I asked her what was wrong, not being rude or disrespectful, she said just get out. I asked her why she was upset when I didn't do anything to her and she said to never come back to the store. Like...WHAT?!! I did nothing. I just didn't want the plastic bags. My husband and I went in for snacks and sweet tea on our way home. I talked to the manager and he seemed to not care. He kept making excuses for her which is unacceptable. He said he would look at the camera to see what happened. While I was talking to him, she, Liz, was smiling and rolling her eyes, again, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Why even hire people like her to push away first time customers? She barely said a word, and when she did she was extremely inappropriate. I do not recommend this store and actively request to not give them more business.
