The staff here were rude and seemed to not like their job, not sure if it's because they were overwhelmed with Valentine's Day or it's a regular thing with this store. No greeting at the door or offers of a piece of chocolate like the other See's locations. The cashier that helped me seemed very grouchy, she didn't even look at me or said hello, just scanned my items and bagged them. I had to ask for a chocolate sample because she also didn't offer me one and made it seem like a hassle. I will stick to my regular See's Candy store at the mall. read more

This is the cutest See's location! The ladies working there are so sweet and it's charming inside. So much selection for the holidays-it's a go-to for stocking stuffers and yummy gifts for family. I stopped by today at opening to beat the Holiday rush for "Easter sweet treats". I was welcomed by Teresa and enjoyed her showing me around the shop to see all the wonderful adorable and delicious varieties of yummy chocolates. I happily devoured my personalized sample and received the sweetest service, pun intended! I purchased an Easter basket for my Son, a chocolate cream egg that almost is too pretty to eat. ... I love this location. All of the staff members I have encountered have been very friendly, helpful and patient. I'm not sure if it's just my timing or if it doesn't get as busy as some of the other locations as I've never had to wait too long and they have their own parking lot in the back. The store is always super clean and well stocked. Plus who doesn't love high quality chocolate and a free sample! They do offer coupons sometimes so be on the lookout for those. Accessibility: this location has its own parking lot in the back of the building with one disabled parking spot. From the parking lot it's all paved and flat ground so you can go on the sidewalk into the building. The front door is a bit heavy so you might need help opening it if doors are hard for you. Environment: this is my favorite See's Candies location I've ever been to. The staff are so sweet and always remember me, along with the building being super cute! It always looks clean inside, I've seen them sweeping the floors many times, and it's usually not too busy unless it's around the holidays...then the line is out the door. Price range is $$ or $$$ I would say. Masks: as of 8-5-21 masks are only required inside this building if you are unvaccinated. I am personally thankful the staff were all wearing masks and they wear gloves when handling money. Always a wonderful experience here; please come and enjoy the delicious treats! They have pre-packaged chocolates of all different assortments, they have lollipops, and they have an option where you can pick all the individual chocolates you want! She made wonderful suggestions as I asked her, inserted information on new candies I possibly didn't know about and overall was just a joy to have help me. On Thursday April 6th stopped by to pick up my order of over $100 which I placed on line. I stood at the counter asking telling them I was there to pick up the on line order. My family has been longtime customers of this See's store for at least 12 years now, since I was in middle school. Katie S. (also known by other customers as the "friendly woman with the red hair") is the main reason why we keep coming back! Throughout the years, she has been so incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable with what to recommend and how to create the perfect gift purchase. We've been solely using this location as our one-stop shop for teacher appreciation gifts a few times each year, and Katie is just a professional whirlwind when it comes to offering to wrap up each box in the iconic See's black-and-white checkered paper w/ gold ribbon. My mom and I especially love saying hello to her and sampling chocolate while we chat (I discovered the white chocolate strawberry via Katie's recommendation; it is to DIE for!). Most offices in this country have a plethora of See's Candy delivered to them from clients, staff members, etc. during the holidays. My office was definitely no different, so when one of my aunts sent me a gift certificate for a pound of See's Candy, I knew right where that box was going. On the day I went in to redeem my gift certificate, it was raining super hard, but that did not stop anyone. The parking lot behind the shop was full, but there was plenty of parking on the street. The layout of the shop was perfect. This day was particularly busy so the crowd was massive. One line was dedicated to those people who wanted to build their own candy boxes, while another line was dedicated to those who wanted to buy pre-packaged candy boxes and items, so people could get out quicker. I loved that!! Some doof in the "build-a-box" line got sidetracked with talking to people from his past, so he was not completing his order and was holding up the line. The cashier in the pre-packaged line was keeping the young cashier girls in line and encouraged them to keep the doof focused so the crowd could keep moving. Massive kudos to her!! People have places to go and no one should be held up because of another dude. You know you are getting a good thing with See's Candies (and if you have never had one before, trust me...it is good!), but this location had easy parking and great customer service!!! Went here a couple days before Valentine's Day to get chocolate for my kids and hubby. The ladies are very sweet, but they were so slow and unorganized. One lady was taking orders, one was just waiting at the cash register not doing anything. I just could not wait any longer and walked out. There were only two people ahead of me in line.
