I mostly go to 7/11 for their slurpees, and as this location is fairly close to the safari park, I chose to not pay the extremely high prices there for an ICEE and just came here instead once I left the park. The drink station was fairly clean with all the prices for the different sizes clearly listed on the machine. Only thing that confused me a little was the slurpee cup sizing beyond a small, and they seemed to only have XL length straws, which looked a little silly but still functional. My friends and I were craving icees our ENTIRE safari zoo trip, but quickly realized we could buy all of our Icees at 7/11 for the price of one Zoo icee, so we held out until we left the park, at which point we beelined for the nearest gas station. This 7/11 is decently clean and well-stocked. My main focus was the Icee machines though. They had all the default flavors, cola, blue raspberry, cherry, Pina colada, and a fun Strawberry nerds flavor. I got a small and mixed the cola and cherry flavors. It was ~$2 and hit the spot. Came here to look for the Dr Pepper's flavor Jack Link jerky, couldn't find it, not sure why they didn't carry it, but the thing was advertised nationwide. The location seems to have everything except that, a lot alcohol products, a lot of hot food on displays, a gas station right outside, still a whole lot of nothing I can buy. I came in here this morning and got some things like a Starbucks in a can, a banana- stuff like that/breakfast stuff. I go to use my EBT card and it didn't work the girl at the register goes, "you still owe me $10-". I thought something was going on w/ my EBT so I payed her in cash. The only cash I had. So I go to target just now and use the same EBT card same PIN number and it works just fine. I don't know if it was the clerk at the register because it just seemed kinda rude that she said " you still owe me $10" like wth? Did she not put in my EBT correctly on purpose? So, its 7-11, we are all familiar with it and it serves its purpose, a handy, quick and convenient stop in for that lottery ticket, quick snack or drink. The gas station here is normally not too far off the pricing of the Vons gas station right down the street. There is normally a small line here but it goes pretty quickly as people usually pop in these places for only an item or 2, or like myself for that Powerball or Mega Millions ticket. I see a LOT of negative reviews here but with as much as I stop in here, which is once a week or so for the last several years I have had nothing other than friendly customer service here. I cant bring myself to rate this a 4 or 5 star establishment as there is not much to differentiate this 7-11 from the other 60,000 (yes they just opened their 60,000th store last year). Waited in line for close to 10 minutes while the dude on register was talking to another employee and then the dude that jumped on the other register started ringing up the person behind me. There's 4 employees working, one making a pizza and the other 3 basically doing nothing. I work retail as a manager, and I've worked good service, again as a manager. I just bought ice cream and it was nearly a year expired. I got home, started eating it and it tasted sour so I checked the date. When I called them to explain what happened, I was told: 7/11:"not possible we change our ice cream weekly" Me: "Well I don't know what to tell you, I just bought this and it's expired." 7/11: "do you want to talk to a manager?" Me: "Yes please" 7/11: "Well then you can call back during the week. I have no proof and there's nothing I can do for you". So I drove back to 7/11 and brought the ice cream with me. I walked inside: Me: "Hi, are you the one I spoke with on the phone? This is the ice cream I was talking about" 7/11: "I already told you there's nothing I can do for you. Call during the week" Me: "Look at the bottom of this. See the date? I just want ice cream" 7/11: "I have no proof you bought that here" So I turned to the other cashier and said "did you or did you not just sell this to me" and he replied, "yes I did" So, instead of apologizing, he just said there's nothing I can do. So I asked if I could exchange it at least and he begrudgingly said yes. As I walked away, he said to the other cashier "keep an eye on her" THE F*CKING NERVE So I grabbed a thing of ice cream brought it to the counter and he yells, "IT HAS TO BE THE SAME ONE" So I said, "there is no other one. This is the closest" And he said, "great, then I'm going to charge you" So, long story short. Bought ice cream that expired a year ago. Was confirmed by the other cashier that I made the purchase 15 minutes prior. And instead of helping me, he yelled at me and said "keep an eye on her". Not a single apology. Nothing. Beyond rude staff ( guy with long blonde hair) The door is open in the rear of store and there is a bathroom inside clearly marked. I use it and after he starts yelling at me for going back there. He says it says employees only. That sign is not visible if the door is all the way open. I suggested politely that he should close the back door to make it obvious. He said I'm lucky he doesn't call the cops. Never going back to that store, I used to buy gas there all the time. All these previous comments were before the management change I believe. There's and old lady with glasses who works here. Rude. I asked for 3 taquitos, and pointed to the three in a row and she said "yeah. i got it". We get into the car and take a bite and they're all the same. After I pointed and said the names of the ones i wanted and she replied got it. We go back and explain what happened to the guy working and he said "oooooookaaaaay?" and he told us he isn't giving us free food. we told him we wanted what we asked for, not free food. i told him we explained what we wanted and she said got it. the lady says "i gave 3 jalapeño" not what we asked for. then laughed as we walked away! we weren't rude, we understand mistakes. just fix it! read more

By far the best genuine customer service I have ever experienced at any 7-11. I cruised in for some Flamin' Hot Cheetohs and the clerk actually struck up a conversation with me and the way he greeted me and said goodbye were all very professional and genuine. I felt very welcome and appreciated here. The gentleman has blonde hair and a beard from what I recall and I think he was in his 20's. Thank you for your awesome personality and service. read more

The guy who works the night shifts ( tall, round, balled and older) is super rude. He is lazy and yells at the customers. There are drinks that are priced for sale but he does not honor the sale price and blames the manager for the misplacement of the drinks. He said I can either get he drinks or not he does not care. read more

Five stars, I come in at least a few times a week to get ice, drinks, fuel up. The people are so nice and friendly. They always the same and know you after a while. The owners son is usually their in the morning and is the coolest. Most 7-11s rock but theses guys are top notch. read more

How do I feel about 711? I had my second encounter with Toby that works at 7-Eleven. There was a Spanish-speaking customer in front of me and he was trying to cash $100 bill and was only buying something for a few dollars well Toby decided that he was going to tell the man I can't give you money it's shift change but the man did not understand English. After about five minutes of Toby screaming at the guy over and over the same thing I interrupted and explained to the man in Spanish what toby was saying. Toby then looks at me says hey was I talking to you mind your own business. Straight up rude man that needs to be fired this is the second time he's treated me like shit and I'm sorry if you can't speak Spanish it's not my fault you're a dumbass. read more
