They also make adorable pumpkin-shaped bagels with pumpkin cream cheese this time of year,, and this year they had pumpkin cake pops that look like little pumpkins. How cute is that?! The space is attractive, clean, and nicely decorated, with several tables inside and a couple outside. Even with a line out the door, the service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Ambiance - tables weren't clean. They weren't even busy, but when I sat down, they didn't even clean after guests before us. I had to get napkins and clean the table myself. Restroom wasn't particularly dirty, it just doesn't look very nice. Same with the whole store in general, its clean and minimalistic, but honestly way too sterile and lacks personality. Service from the staff - very eh, I wanted my drink and bagel for dine-in, but they assumed to-go (didn't ask me/I didn't clarify when I ordered), then seemed a little impatient with me when I asked them to put my pumpkin bagel on an actual plate for the presentation for pics, rather than a plastic to-go box. I ordered a Hot 16oz Honey Rose Latte, Pumpkin Bagel, and got a $1 Pumpkin Bagel Sticker. The Honey Rose Latte was good. The pumpkin bagel sticker is cute. The Pumpkin Bagel itself looks pretty for pics in the fall, but it was terrible and so not worth it - I could've done that better myself. Pumpkin flavor wasn't even that strong for the bagel, it almost just tasted like a plain bagel with orange food coloring shaped like a pumpkin, and they just spread pumpkin cream cheese on it. For $7.25, I could've gotten my own cinnamon raisin or blueberry bagels, spread peanut butter and jelly/jam/preserves, added nuts/granola, berries, and maybe even mint leaves to compliment the jelly/jam/preserves. I'm not even into cooking, but if I can do it better myself - you know this place is absolute crap. Extremely dissapointed with my experience here. Don't waste your time and money here. I usually get my coffees black, but this place makes mean iced Mexican Mocha Latte. Full of coffee flavor and has a slight spicy kick, which I love. It's perfect! Staff at all their locations are fantastic and their coffees are consistent at every shop. If you haven't tried their coffee yet, stop by! You won't regret it!
