CVS is LUCKY I'm being generous with my rating…read more I was waiting in a rather long line to pick up a prescription. Just got done with work, it was late afternoon and hot inside the store. When it was my turn, finally, a woman called me to the counter. But then she immediately DISAPPEARED! When she returned several minutes later, she started helping the customer next to me. Meantime, not one but two customers BEHIND me in line were already served at another register! When she told me to "hold on" I told her that she already walked away while the other customers were served. That's when a THIRD person went to the other register. At that point I said that the cashier at that register should be serving ME, not the other customer because that customer was THREE places behind me. When the woman started making weird excuses, I overpowered what she was saying, telling her that I'm not gonna put up with her nonsense and mistreatment. I got my message across because she told the other worker to come help me instead, which he did. I think the reason why is because she didn't know what she was doing. Monello (not sure the spelling) was the guy that helped me. He went through the entire process like he was on steroids! He guided me on the screen inputs and then did the rest tapping all the stuff that has to be entered, rang me up, and I was finished before I even KNEW I was finished! So, you probably already figured out how I arrived at my rating. That's right. The offensive treatment by the women server immediately dropped it to the minimum - one star. But when Manello took over, his service was outstanding which drove it up a notch!

This location has two problem employees…read more The first is a female, black and gray hair with tattoos on both forearms, one of them has a king of spades on it. Yesterday she rung up a customer while on her cell phone and ignored me at the counter, walking to the back and saying, "well, he shouldn't come in then" and other negative things, spitting her words like venom. It took her nearly a full minute to come back up to the front to check me out. She has ignored me on three occasions and gave me a very negative experience three times with her attitude and negative demeanor. This very same lady had shut the slurpee machines down today by 6:30pm, 7-11-2019 so that I couldn't get my free small slurpee after dinner from the 7-11 that is 3 minutes from my house. It's an absolute outrage in my opinion. The second is a small man whose eyes get very intense and he says nothing when I say hi; not even a head nod or acknowledgement. I gave an additional star to each of the two exceptional employees that are there. One is a rather large man whom I see infrequently, but is always very passive and kind. The second is a kind lady who wears bright lipstick and a head bandana every time I see her. They're both incredibly kind and customer-service oriented. I have no idea what's wrong with those two employees, but being a three minute walk from my place, it makes for a very negative experience quite often.

But the new cashier working tonight actually told me to leave the store , just because I suggested maybe she should learn how to use the register better. because of the fact she was unable to combine the cash and the card that I was using to get my gas and cigarettes tonight instead of taking a chance of being late in the morning.
