Started coming here a couple years ago because we lived down the street and the husband liked that they were open late hours. I've worn glasses since i was 10 and contacts since i was 15. My prescription has not changed in over 10 years. However since I've been with this Dr. (one of the many Dr. Nguyen's) my prescription has changed 2 times in 2 years. the first time getting worse, then getting better? That doesn't quite make sense to me, so I have been contemplating going to another Dr. this go around. The staff is a little disorganized, I called to reorder some contacts, since I lost my contact while taking it out, I desperately needed an extra contact for the time being until my contacts came in. However when I called in, the receptionist/front desk/billing person couldn't find my name or file, and told me she would call me back. When she finally did a couple hours later, I asked if I could have a trial pair or what not. She informed me that they did not keep my prescription on hand. My one eye is a special astigmatism contact, but in the past the doctors have always averaged out my prescription out so so i wouldn't have to pay the extra $$ for astigmatic contacts, since my astigmatism was acute. After the lack of good customer service from both the Doctor and receptionist, I have decided to find another doctor. read more

I've been coming to this optometrist since I was in second grade. I struggled with myopia and knew that if I did not take any action to help prevent the degradation of my vision, I would have to face countless visits for new glasses and prescription. Finally, I took a leap of faith and with their efficient payment plans, my family was able to afford their ortho-k treatment. This treatment would provide me with contact lenses I would wear during the night, and would be able to see perfectly for the rest of the day. As a dancer, I knew the benefits would be life transforming, as it would for anyone who isn't able to enjoy everyday life activities or sports without glasses. I am almost 18 now, and am incredibly grateful for this treatment. It was a simple process and I was offered one-to-one guidance on how to put on and remove the lenses. I now get to experience life with 20/20 vision, and graduate as a more confident individual. It was the best option for me, providing me an incredible alternative to LASIK. read more

I got my first eye check up here and the experience I had here was great! The Doctors here are very nice and take their job very seriously. Since, it was my first eye exam I was a little nervous but Dr. Nguyen was very kind and made me feel more comfortable about taking the exam. By the end of the exam, I got fitted with contacts and was given a prescription for eye drops because I had allergies in my eyes. They had really great customer service and were very friendly at this office! Definitely coming back! read more

The Doctor is awesome!!! How ever the receptionist has a complete full blown rude attitude!!! Her voice did not sound helpful or friendly over the phone. She didn't have a lot of knowledge of the office as well.... just a little note to front staff have a warming and inviting voice tone and maybe patients wouldn't be given one star rating. I gave the Dr 5 stars the front dose not deserve one!!! Worst Optometry place ever!!! Came here as a last resort as any optometrist near me was closed on a Monday and I needed contacts and eye exam asap. Called to make an appointment receptionist was far from organized asked if she could see if my insurance would cover the cost and she said she'd call me after she found out... an hour and a half later I call back and sure enough she had forgotten to call me back but I ignored this warning and proceeded to make an appointment for that same day. After exam was completed with optometrist she directed me back to the receptionist to place order or pay whatever I had to out of pocket I proceeded to place a order for half a years supply of contacts and was assured they would be there by Friday that week I asked if I should just come in and pick them up on Friday she said no that she would call me... 2 weeks later went back to pick up my contacts after not getting a call back or anything and surprise surprise my contacts were not in they asked to leave my name and number and they would call me when they received them. Gave them a call 1 week later guess what my contacts are still not in. I will call them back today 3 days later if my contacts are not in I am reporting them to my insurance company and to the better business bureau. This place is very un organized and I believe most of the fault should go to their $h*tty receptionist but at the same time the optometrist still keep her around so can't completely blame her because they are allowing her to continue there. If I could give this place negative stars I would. read more
