Parking is free, there's a parking lot in the front, and also free parking is available on the street. I don't drive, and if you don't either, fear not! The PVTA G1 bus will take you right up there. Get off at Sumner and White St, and it's a short walk to Soc Trang from there. And to get back to Union Station, cross White St, to the PVTA kiosk, and take the G1 back to Union Station. This restaurant serves food all day, there's no closure of the kitchen between lunch and dinner, so if you're hungry at 3:30 in the afternoon like I was, you won't have to worry about seeing a "Closed until 5" sign.
