You answer "yes" or "no" to questions with each response leading you to the type of cocktail you'd most likely enjoy, I was led to the 'fairest of them all' cocktail. A gin based drink with dry vermouth, lavender tea, red apple cordial, and a red ice ball. When the red ice ball melts it changes the color and the flavor profile of the drink! The boozy science behind this drink is truly awesome. The first sip offers a nice hit of gin with a little bit of the lavender tea on the backend. The drink starts as rosé color, as the ice ball melts it turns dark pink/red color. The flavor goes from a floral note to a sweeter tasting cocktail. Truly a work of art! I don't drink alcohol much, and my friend doesn't drink at all, lol so he made them virgin. They had amazing mocktails on the menu, they use imitation liquor so it doesn't just taste like juice.
