Despite a prior known issue with the Raw Umber additive, Sherwin Williams contends that the paint is not defective. They told me that the SuperPaint really does not have a lifetime warranty because color change and adhesion are excluded.

I was looking for a particular item I saw online and asked to see if they had this in stock or if it's just online. The store manager Wade helped me and they didn't have it online but he went above and beyond to find another item and price matched it to the online item. Wow, so unexpected. I felt so VIP and it felt great to feel someone being so nice. Then at self checkout, we had some small tape with no bar code and they were like,"don't worry about it"! Again such a small gesture is really nice. Store manager Wade is clearly doing great things at this store and his staff is following. And I'm not saying because I got something this is the reason for the compliment, it's the customer service.
