He took my money without having the title in hand and never informed me of this serious issue. By law, a dealer must have and transfer a valid title at the time of sale--yet more than 75 days later I still did not receive the title or proper plates. My temporary plate expired after 60 days, leaving me unable to legally drive the car. I called Brad multiple times and even visited the dealership in person. Instead of resolving the problem, he was dismissive and even threatened to call the police on me when I complained. This behavior was unprofessional, intimidating, and deeply disappointing. This business engaged in dishonest and unacceptable practices. I am pursuing all legal remedies and reporting this matter to the Minnesota Attorney General's Office and Driver and Vehicle Services. Save yourself the headache--do not trust this dealer.

This place just recently changed ownership, and the new ownership had a very high bar to achieve just to maintain the service excellence I had received in the past. My 2021 suburban with GM's pathetic failure of a 10 speed has been having shifting issues for a long time. I had taken to the stealerships a few different times while under warranty and ofcourse they claimed it was fine every time. Now that the warranty expired, if failed. GM, of course, is refusing to make things right - so while exploring legal action, I still need to get it back on the road. So I brought my Suburban to Shaun (the new owner of Natco). Shaun and his entire team took excellent care of me, made the repairs and got me back on the road. They have secured theribbon of excellance !! Thanks to all of you and NATCO.

I was told…read morewhen I had hesitations on keeping it when there were issues with it on day 1 that they would make it right, and when the SAME issue was still persisting after 3 months I was told they weren't willing to help me any more beyond recommending a mechanic an hour from where I live. This is after bringing it to their mechanic 40 minutes from where I live at least 3 times, costing me time and money and causing me to go weeks without a car, having to borrow a car from relatives or with a loaner car that I had to do almost daily maintenance on (which by the way, was immediately put up for sale on the lot when I dropped it off- my condolences to whoever ended up buying it). After spending $2600 on repairs one month ago, I'm now looking at another $4500 in crucial repairs. After giving them the benefit of the doubt for months and ignoring my gut feelings, I no longer for a second believe the dealership did not know about these issues. I know there is always a risk when buying a cheaper used car, but this is unreal. Everything about this experience from the moment I drove off the lot has been an absolute nightmare and has not only left me in debt that is going to take years to get out of, but with a vehicle that is unreliable and untrustworthy and has already cost me more money to fix than it did to buy. Do not go here.
