All the guys in the shop treated me with respect and were very kind and helpful. The waiting room was nice and cozy and I had a lovely chat with the guys at the front desk and also another waiting customer while I was there. It definitely had a family-run, familiar and low-key atmosphere. I also thought the inspection was a steal of a deal for how thoroughly my car was looked at. I wasn't pressured to add any other services, though I will definitely be bringing all of our cars back here for any work they may need. He ended up telling me a number that was lower than I was looking for but was very upfront about it and what I could expect if I tried to sell it myself. He didn't pressure me at all and actually ended up recommending I look into fixing it instead of putting more money into another older used car (I don't want a payment so my options are limited) and recommended a couple different mechanics. He told me everything he thought was wrong with it, what I could wait on, and even checked the pressure on my non-working a/c to see what was wrong with it. This was all after I had told him I wouldn't be selling it and so he no longer had any vested interest in the car. He was honest, upfront, knowledgable, and exceedingly helpful. When I am ready to buy my next car I will be back and I would recommend them to anyone.

When I got there to get it towed, they had completely snapped my key off and it is stuck in the ignition. So no wonder they hadn't worked on it they couldn't even turn it to neutral to move into shop. They never told me either, they consistently lied to me just feeding me bullshit I am so frustrated with this place and I rarely write reviews. They were very detailed and transparent around costing and the work they would have to do to complete the job. It truly was a hometown feel. Lastly, I appreciate Pete and his missionary work in Haiti with his wife and 4 daughters. Very cool story and exactly someone you want to work with if trust is important to you. I used to go here all the time…read more I took my car in cuz I knew my timing belt was needing to be changed. they were very rude when I had to come In at 3pm cuz I work until then. they barely looked at it and called me back in 10 minutes when they were supposed to see what was wrong. I know it takes longer than that to see what's wrong. they told me I needed a $7000 new engine, and that's what the problem was. I know that wasn't true. so I took it to a different shop that ac fixed my belt. so they tried to rip me off and seems like take my engine. I will never go here again even with the new name change!
