When I went to BBB, I saw that people had submitted terrible reviews, but the business rating is still A+. When I called BBB, they said nobody had complained about them. I am shocked. There is something wrong with the BBB process and other oversight processes that people have yet to be able to do anything about this business. Cubes have been discontinued and they are hard to find around here. After widening the search farther and farther, I finally found one at Nelson Auto Sales, in North Branch MN. I KNOW. It's like 1700 miles away or something. When I called to ask if it could be sent over, they admitted they did not have a deal like that with a sister-showroom out here, but when I told them I was willing to fly over to drive it back, (after their initial surprise) they went to every trouble to make that happen- made sure it was tuned up and and just as safe as could be. Eric, in particular, went out of his way to personally insure all was in good running order, since I was literally trusting them with my life- car bought/ sight unseen. He double-checked the tires, and took the time to show me how to use the features, which were great. He even drove it all the way down from the dealership to the airport, which saved me hours! I can't say enough nice things about them. And the car was a champ! It floated up the hills and mountains. Even over the Continental Divide! (ahhh!!) Sun-dogs chased me all the way home so that I had to outrun snow all through Wyoming and Montana! (Snow is horrifying to Seattle; we shut down over more than about 2 inches :~D) So now I am safely at home, as of yesterday, and gratefully writing a review- for not only finding the best deal in the nation, pretty much, but also the care they took. WORST SHOP EVER!!! DONT COME HERE EVER! They don't even…read moreknow how to do the job properly and you're a tire shop for Christ sake. My boyfriend got brand new rims and tires put on here and at 55 mph the whole car was shaking. We called thinking it was a bad weight or bead so we brought it in only to be told it was our fault and we bought THREE bent rims. Mind you they were brand new still in the box when giving to them. Now I have been into cars my whole life I knew that wasn't right. They took the brand new wheels off the brand new rims and put the winter tires and old rims back on and charged us more money. I had enough at this point so we took it to Les Schwab tire by kwik trip and told them everything and the first thing we were asked was did they put the wheel rings on so the rim is flushed with the hub? No we even tried to ask about it with Fisk and was told again our rims were bent. My boyfriend is a metal machinist so we put the bare rims in the machine to see if they were bent and looky there not one was bent. Les Schwab took care of us and this place FISK TIRE scammed us out of hundreds of dollars. WOSRT SHOP EVER!!! If you want to get scammed come here. They will put all the blame on you just to take more of your money. Extremely disappointed.
