Just tried to exchange two shirts for a size up and the store manager named Aman (who even knows if that's really his name he could've given me a fake name he's black with dreads) refused to do the exchange because I got them from Costa Mesa in Orange County with tags on it but apparently there's another tag that the employees at Costa Mesa didn't add on which was a return tag? Which isn't my fault that they didn't add it on. I had the receipts and the original tags on the shirts what was the problem? He had the worst attitude towards me and he refused to give me the other employees name and told me "she doesn't have to give you her name" HA. What a joke of customer service. I shopped at Sandro regularly and now I won't ever come back to Sandro if this is how you treat loyal customers. That's a shame because I was a big spender here. Oh well.
Had to drive all the way from century city to Costa Mesa mall again just to return and exchange the items that the Westfield century city location REFUSED to exchange/return. Thanks a lot for wasting my time and my gas all because the manager was useless, unhelpful, AND RUDE. Will never go to Sandro at Westfield century city mall and I DO NOT recommend shopping there because if that's how you treat a loyal customer then ILL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. Sandro headquarters should really reevaluate who they put in positions of management if they want to keep their brand going because all it takes is several bad experiences to spread to ruin a brand. read more
