I mentioned I'm happy to pay with credit card but I'm not providing this on paper. What is this 1980? Walked out and submitted a security complaint for the office. The time before this, I came in for an eye test with a nurse who was clearly sick and coughing all over the place and sneezing. She refused to wear a mask so I told her I was uncomfortable with her being that close to my face with no mask. Overall, will never go back here and do not recommend this place to anyone.

Every eye doctor I've visited had not identified the issue as he did. His questioning and subsequent testing confirmed I had double vision. And for the first time my lens prescription included correction for this limitation. The day I received my new lenses was amazing. I could see for the first time without having to adjust my glasses for the double vision. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a competent and compassionate eye care provider.

I was waiting for someone I accompanied to an appointment and overheard nothing but complaining from her to other staff members. I can blatantly tell that this person is a problem child as the other staff member kept telling her things like just ignore it, don't push an issue that's non existent etc. To top it off she said out loud she has a cold coming on and did not have her face properly covered with her mask at certain points. She also did not correct a patient that did not have their mask on correctly. This gentleman walked in and boldly stated what a joke it was that he had to wear that thing (mask). There was a patient that was pregnant in the waiting room. I would think that they would hold the people that greet their patients held to a higher standard.
