The food is also pretty pricey. $11 French fries, $9 for a non-alcoholic beverage. Also when I went, the menu was limited. They weren't serving any of the 'Shareables'. When I got home and realized the salad was missing, I called to request a delivery for the omitted item. Not only did the staff refuse, but they also informed me it was my responsibility to verify the order was correct before leaving. As a customer, I expect a level of professional accuracy that doesn't require me to audit my own bag. When I drove back to the restaurant, the service remained dismissive. Despite being the only person in the building, I was ignored for several minutes. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I was taught that you never blame the customer for a staff error. There was no apology, no offer of a refund for the missing item, and no gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Between the unprofessional attitude and the mediocre food, this was a deeply frustrating experience. I will not be returning.
