My oldest got the grown up sized burger, and my youngest chicken tenders. We didn't hear a peep out of them for about 15 minutes, which is always nice. I can't say the food is earth shatteringly good or anything, but we all enjoyed it. It feels like a place where a little nostalgia plus the shine of vacation elevates it to me. It's a dive bar in a very busy City and it is still a local watering spot. I can't say the food is the greatest but they do have keno, and they do have ice cold beer and they're very heavy-handed on their cocktails. Don't expect anything fancy, but always expect good conversation. The bartenders are always friendly every time my friend and I have been there and I will continue to go every time I am on the west side of the state.
