George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. He tried to convince me that the replacement box was there all along. My system is now not energy efficient. The tech gave me his google card for review and the CEO David Musial is listed to call if anything is wrong. How does he not know that his employees lie, and gaslight customers. My original install was in 2022 in this home, I was lied to about the permit, he had no permit and that created a problem for me. The main installer had a partner working with him that illegally took videos of me and home and posted to snap chat. Now I'm dealing with this, more lies and not a correct replacement.. It's not a matter of he said she said... polygraph is a business owner's friend. Ladies and Gents, beware... these people are not honest. I debated whether to bring this up.. I thought I should because they keep getting away with lying to the customers.
