He tested the control board and said it was the issue, collected my service fee, then an hour later sent an estimate for more than the price I paid for the oven two years ago. I can look at the part online and they are wanting to charge double, plus $500 for roughly the same labor that they just spent doing for a $65 service fee. So while they were quick to respond and nice enough... I'm still up a creek with less money and more wasted time.

The company then quoted me $2200 as the cost to replace it and reiterated that this did not include the $99 that they already charged me. He handled my winter maintenance well, and I recently had him back for the summer checkup. It was clear the previous homeowners hadn't maintained the AC units--they were filthy and both needed a deep cleaning ($100 each). Jesus performed extensive testing on the units, which was much more detailed than what I was used to with Four Seasons. He found a faulty capacitor, showed me the readings, and explained everything clearly. I even double-checked the process on YouTube, and everything he said and did checked out. Overall, he's honest, hardworking, and provides top-notch service. Highly recommended!

I'm no expert @ installing HVAC systems but I can't believe it took 14 hours to remove the existing AC condenser furnace & cooling coils & install a new AC condenser & furnace coil. The installers arrived @ 9:40 am. It's now 11:30 & they are just wrapping up. I'm tired & cranky & want to go to bed. I had to hang out all day while their installers were doing the removal & installation of my new AC condenser, furnace & cooling coils. This being said David Jackson was the lead installer he was very polite & respectful during what I'm sure must have been an exhausting day. When it was all said and done Dave & his partner did a great job & cleaned up after they were finished. I did have a few concerns which I addressed w/the salesman Gino Levato, the office & Damien who followed up the next day. One was the hole cut in my exterior brick wall to run the copper piping, copper electrical & black insulated pipe along the ground due to the upcoming winter & possible freeze due to snow & ice? I was told they would look into my concerns. The cut out in my wall was patched w/a silicone sealant but I would like further protection like a steel or aluminum plate over the silicone to prevent rodents (mainly rats) from chewing through & gaining access to my house. The biggest positive was getting this service through my Costco executive card. We will get a Costco cash card after the installation for 10% to be used @ Costco, plus an additional 5% rebate on my Costco Citi bank card. My wife asked about a senior discount (smart move). Gino called Costco & spoke to a general manager we were able to get an additional $2,000 off of the price

I was told by the dispatcher they couldn't guarantee it, even if I scheduled a month in advance. When I asked about options, I was simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. So I cancelled. I'd recommend calling a smaller, local company that still has humans answering the phone and understands that customers have jobs and schedules. Terrible customer service before they even set foot in my house. The service special is a scam to get in your home anyways! A reputable company wouldn't need to deceive you with a "service special" just to get in your home... but this one does.
