This place is intense.You wait in line to register, get a lanyard, then get released to search…read moreTHOUSANDS of dresses. You are allowed to pick only 3 to try on in one hour ,once you get assigned a fitting room (and then wait in that line)If you are lucky enough to have someone with you, they can return 1 or 2 of the 3 dresses after you try them on, and go pick another 1 or 2 for you to try, but the staff scans each dress you try and each dress you return to ensure each person will have no more than 3 dresses in their possession at any time. There is a man on an actual hoverboard returning all the dresses to the racks as fast as possible. So as the mom, I spent an hour running from the floor to the dressing room carrying dresses for her to try, 1 at a time. She had taken pictures of other ones she liked but that wasn't helpful since the inventory is literally like a revolving belt between the 30-40(ish) dressing rooms and the rack. And when they say you get 1 hour, they mean it. They come by telling you when you have 7 mins left, 4 mins left, etc. We had a dress selected to purchase, but asked for 3-4 more minutes to just try the exact same dress one size smaller and were told no, we'd have to re-register and start the wait again. Their business model is clever-create a sense of urgency to choose one dress to purchase because of a time limit and the availability of inventory constantly rotating in and out of other people's dressing rooms. They create FOMO. Also, because they create a sense of urgency, the girls are not carefully putting these dresses on. We encountered several with snags, broken zippers, missing ribbons to lace up, etc. Their prices were what you'd expect, $300-$400 range but are not designer quality. They are a well oiled machine, but too much so if they can't allow a 3 minute extension. If you don't like going to Cheesecake Factory because their food menu is a million pages long, overpriced, and mediocre, then you won't like this place. We ended up walking away without a dress, and won't be going back.

This store is complete stocked with shirts, shorts, sweaters, gloves, thai pads etc. They had many of the top brands such as Sprawl, Premier fighter, Clinch gear, full contact fighter, etc. I did not have the opportunity to stop in during the grand opening but they had a few great local fighters in the store. The store is fairly large with 3 plasma screens showing old pride fights and an octogon with all the shorts inside it. They also have a changing room in the back of the store. The employees knew their stuff well. Sprawl shorts were limited because of the grand opening but they will have more in stock soon. Ill definitely stop by here again.

Horrible. Purchased…read morea Dan Henderson tapout shirt that was listed as having "HENDO" on the back in red. I have seen this shirt at many other sites but decided to give mmastop a try. I received a shirt that did not have ANYTHING on the back. The number listed on their site was never answered. Sometimes a fax would pick up. Emailed the company about my situation. I clearly stated that I would do an exchange if they had the shirt that was advertised, otherwise, I wanted a refund. Plus I added that I didn't think it was fair that for me to pay to have the falsely advertised item returned to them. I got a quick response from John which was great. However, the response was simply, "I really apologize for the confusion. We would be more than happy to take the shirt back for an exchange. Please let us know." It was as if he didn't even read what I wrote.. Anyway, I didn't want to go back in forth through email and I wanted to make sure that i sent back the item within the allowed time frame. So I emailed back asking for a working number and that I wanted to return the shirt, but needed a return label. Again, given the fact that I received an item that did not coincide with their description, I should not have to pay mOre money for THEIR lack of quality control. It's been a week since that email and I have had NO response. I'll never shop from there again. I hope they at least changed the description of that shirt on their site to avoid more unhappy customers...

They carry brand name items with a huge supply of previously owned shoes, leotards and dance outfits. They also sell brand new tights. My daughter just started a class at our local park district that incorporates jazz, ballet and tap this week. The instructor 'suggested' getting shoes, tights and outfits for all 3 types of dance. I knew I didn't want to buy brand new things not knowing which dance style my daughter would want to pursue after this class is over. So I searched for a dance store that sold previously worn/used dance gear. I am so glad I found this place! I emailed the store this week in one evening, not really expecting a reply. I made myself a note to call the next day. When I opened my email the next morning, I had a reply from the owner! They didn't have any store hours until 2 days later on Thursday but offered to come in that evening for us by appointment. Both owners were there (there is a dance studio upstairs). They had my daughter's sizes pulled out so we could just sit and try on right away. They were so helpful in guiding us on the right fit and making suggestions. The store is decorated very cute and has a 'fancy dressing room' (as my daughter put it). My daughter is already talking about going back to pick out her next jazz outfit!!!
