They have the most unprofessional staff at the Pottstown facility. Greg the pharmacist was extremely short with me and yelled at me in front of other customers. However, I thought, perhaps she had a problem with the person picking up in the other lane and I'd give it a shot when I went to pick mine up. NOPE! Same thing! I waited almost 10 minutes just to get my son's ONE prescription and that was after we had given them 2 hours to fill it! Last two times I called in a refill which I call it in and ask for pick up time hours before I get there. Last time three hours later it wasn't done and had to wait they said ten minutes but was more like twenty minutes. This time I called it in a 9am. They said it would be done by 1pm. Got there at 3pm. They said they never got the call in and I could wait fifteen minutes. There have been other issues before this with my husband's prescriptions as well.
