Ed picked up the phone and he was beyond any level of pure kindness that I can't even think of any words to say. He took a few minutes out of his day to talk to me versus a majority of other places I spoke to who wanted to get me off the phone as quick as possible. Ed is truly pushing and advocating for the Group 1A also known as - the high risk, and elderly. He was so genuine and compassionate that I felt the passion for what he does, did, and will continue to do during our entire few minutes, spent on the phone together. After calling around everywhere yesterday and then hanging up the phone after speaking to Ed. Him and his staff are true superheroes trying to help out their elderly patients. They recently added self checkout machines, so u can generally avoid that person holding up the line complaining about something or asking for a rain check on a coupon.
